In my case, I arrived and they told my room in this case a king room, the bathroom was share with more people. Then when you ask an upgrade to a room with a normal bathroom they charge you more then double, Breakfast it’s something very small you eat and it’s not enough food. this was the truth of ( the cheapest became expensive) , after 6 time in tulum , this was the first time I feel that everything it’s over price. pay a little more but get a good service.

I do not have anything bad to say about Coco Tulum. We had a great view, staff were very friendly. I gave 4 stars because each night we were there we got pulled over by police, either to our resort or leaving to enjoy the city. You can only imagine what they wanted from us. MONEY !!!!! The police give tourist a bad experience.
