wrong room at first, but all good at the end, patient and courteous staff”

this was my 5th time at Conrad Manila, but this was the only time I got disappointed. I booked a premier twin room which was paid in advance, when I got in at 4pm, they gave me a premier king size bed room, anyways I insisted on having a twin bed, so after a while, they told me that I can have the premier twin room, but they have to clean it first, and they let us use the first room they're giving me to freshen up. its a good thing that Conrad Manila is just beside the mall, so we went for dinner, and when we returned at 9pm, the room was ready for us. so its all good in the end. Redeeming factor was the staff who was polite. I just want to say, that Conrad have a reputation, I chose Conrad to stay whenever we visit Manila bec simply they're one of the best, but sadly this happened. Coming from a long drive and the room we were expecting was not ready was just a big disappointment and stress. I just hope that next time we visit, there wouldn't be anymore problems like this.

Great Hotel”

Close to SM MOA, restaurants, carnival, Manila Bay and other cool places. The room we had has a panoramic bay view which is spectacular and the sunset was simply magical. Excellent swimming pool and gym facilities, you can stay all day at Conrad just enjoying the amenities. It even has a mall within the hotel and has Red Lobster which offers delicious seafood. Conrad also offers three onsite restaurants which are all fantastic. Had an amazing time at Conrad and I’ll surely visit this beautiful hotel whenever I have the chance.

Best Hotel Ever!!!”

There is not a single bad thing I can say about this hotel. Pool restaurant and Blue China restaurant served absolutely delicious food. Staff were super lovely and helpful, talk about going above and beyond! Location was unreal to watch the sunrise and sunset. Lovely lively Marina Bay right on the hotels doorstep. Room was superb. I’d rate Conrad Manila 6 stars if I could. Will definitely be coming back here. The whole hotel was faultless to be honest, the decor was stunning. All the little touches and quality amenities were much appreciated. Stunning stunning place. You must come here!!!

Awesome Hotel”

We had a fabulous time at Conrad Manila.. We just love the room and the view of Manila Bay. Super comfortable bed & modern facilities. Special thanks to Mr Jeric Almarines ( Guest Relations) for sending a birthday cake for my husband. We had a fabulous time in Conrad Manila. Our stay was really memorable. Thank you Conrad Manila.

Exceptional”

The location is great! has walking link to and from MOA, SMX and S-Maison. Their staff were all helpful, they even knocked on the door and gave us a complimentary small cow toy with conrad name on it. The pool looks great! The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. However, there is a lot more options within manila that offers same luxurious stay in a lower price. however, maybe the only selling point here is their location and the view of manila bay right in front of your window.

Family Stay”

Conrad is strategically located to the airport, shopping mall and restaurants. It takes 15 mins to the airport by Uber or Grab (because of the SKYWAY), which is awesome considering the traffic in Metro Manila. A bridge connects you to Mall of Asia (MOA needs to improve; not the fault of Conrad). If you want to get everywhere I will tell you that you will be stuck with traffic. So you really need a hotel that has everything easily accessible (food, shopping, malling) and I think Conrad fulfills that function. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the morning breakfast. I mean this is supposedly a 5 Star hotel and we expect value for money. Compared to breakfast at Shangrila, Conrad falls far behind. But the staffs are amazing. I love the pool, which is besides the Sauna and Gym. I love the place and would recommend it for family vacation

Very good luxury hotel”

Everything is great. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The hotel's view is great (seaside). Staff are great. Room is very nice. But I only put 4 stars in value for money because you are paying 14,790php and I was hoping they have compliments like fruits and chocolates like the Manila Hotel and we only paid around 9,000php in The Manila Hotel so I kinda set my expectation high since Conrad is more expensive. But Conrad has the usual complimentaries same with the other hotels like water, tea, coffee and things needed in the toilet.

Luxurious ”

I chose Conrad Manila primarily for its proximity to the Mall of Asia & the airport. To my pleasant surprise, I got more than I expected. The lobby IS huge! It's on the 3rd floor. All the staff were nice & readily helpful to give direction. The luggage assistance was fast & very convenient. I had to change rooms upon arrival but they were on it immediately. (I'm not sure where the miscommunication happened. I know I requested for a 2-twin beds, but the hotel provided me initially with a 1-king bed & then the reservation was booked to a different first name. Anyway, they graciously upgraded my reservation to a 2-bed instead. Calling Agoda-pls check this out). I was also amazed by the area/size of the rooms. They are truly spacious. They gave me a sea-view room and it was awesome! With a free cute stuffed toy! (Room temp may get warm & a fan could be helpful) The gym was nice & the pool was convenient. The restaurants have good menu to offer. 5 stars! Excellent guys!

Must stay in the Suite/Executive Rooms!”

For a 5-star experience, better stay at either the executive rooms or the suites. The staff at the lounge are courteous, cheerful and always willing to help. I also love the food and the fresh pineapple juice that they served during the afternoon tea and cocktails. Amenity wise, I found the pool too small for a big hotel like Conrad Manila. The service at the Brasserie was slow and the staff has no system whatsoever in getting the orders in the egg station. We asked the staff 30 minutes after ordering eggs benedict and all she can say was its still unavailable, no lead time or even an apology. I would stay in Conrad only if we're booked again in the executive floor.

the best”

get the bay view room, its worth it. we were greeted by the most beautiful sunset the bay had to offer, and we were lucky enough to watch a firework display just a few minutes after. the staff were amazing, always anticipating what you need even without realizing you need anything at all, and personal touches such as a note from the house keeper, a welcome cake, a toy and other stuff. we enjoyed our stay at the conrad so much we plan on staying here each time we visit manila :)

One of the best hotels we've stayed in!”

Conrad Manila is definitely one of the best hotels we've had the pleasure of staying in. The interiors are very classy, facilities are top-of-the-line & the service is excellent. Its location right beside Mall of Asia is also a big plus. We had a wonderful stay at the Conrad & would certainly recommend it to family & friends :) One thing that I have to comment on though, is how we can hear the screams of people, most probably from the amusement park beside the hotel. We were not really bothered by the screams but we just found it a little weird :) Buffet breakfast was also mediocre. Perhaps they can improve on their breakfast, as their selection was quite limited.

Conrad, great but has little flaws ”

Good day Conrad Manila, We had booked the hotel last Oct 29-30 for my husband's birthday. We really liked the view and enjoyed every bit of our stay with the friendly staff and cozy ambiance. The pool was a surprise and our children enjoyed. There is just one serious matter I need you to look into. The finishing of the pool floor is somehow prone to danger both to adults and kids. My husband and I had bruises in our hands and feet as we support our children on the pool stairs. My children's feet are full of bruises too. Chlorine is also too strong. Might be best for you to improve on this as we don't have anything else we can say bad about the hotel. Might be the floor finish of the pool.

Best Place for Family ”

Our stay at Conrad was for our two last nights in Manila before going back home to Melbourne. The place smells amazing. The reception made us welcome from the very start. The room for us was so comfortable and had really great views. The only negative side for us, was our children became sick at this time and were all feverish. However, after letting the staff know, they sent the in house nurse to check up on our children. The advice given was excellent and at least after visiting the local medical centre, the children were able to recoup in such luxurious surroundings. We will return when we can! PS: the little stuffed toy as a gift was just a perfect icing on the cake. Well done Conrad!

Great way to experience Manila ”

We stayed at a few hotels in Manila as I have family there and the Conrad was by far the best. We stayed in the ocean view room and the room and view was stunning. Staff were so helpful and friendly they made our experience a very positive we will definitely be returning to the Conrad on all our visits to Manila. Very highly recommended.

4 star hotel for 5 star price”

Compared with Hyatt @ City of Dreams, Conrad Manila falls short on the experience of a 5 star hotel stay. Location and view is fabulous, but simple things like room service was slow. No free wifi, made the stay slightly irritating. And the lack of a nearby casino, convenience stores like 7-11, made it seem more like a 4 star hotel. Staff are friendly, but check in time at 3pm feels a bit too late, especially when early check in was requested. Probably will stay at Hyatt for next trip. Conrad Manila has 2 undeniable advantages, proximity to MOA and fantastic view of the Manila bay.

as usual, we had a fantastic stay at Conrad Manila. We checked in during last 23rd Dec, a busy day, we checked in around 330pm, but our room still not ready, the good side was we did not wait long for our room, but i believe that as Conrad hotel, this shouldn't happen... anyways Conrad still the go to hotel for our family

Great staycation”

Excited to try this hotel since it just opened. We were not disappointed. We requested to be transferred to another room since the first one given had an adjoining room, wherein we could hear people conversing on the other side. The night duty manager immediately transferred us and was apologetic. I appreciate it. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. The room had all the necessities with a good view of the garden. Breakfast buffet had limited choices of food but thankfully the magnificent view of manila bay more than compensated for it. The hotel is connected with covered walkway/bridges to smx convention center and to the mall. There is even a high end string of retail shops and restaurants within the massive building though most shops still have to open. Overall, we had a great stay and we're looking forward to our next visit.

Good hotel with view”

We had the best view of the fireworks and Manila Bay on our room. We stayed at several Conrad hotels before (Tokyo, S. Korea, Thailand and Hongkong) but this one has the best rooms so far. It is also besides Mall of Asia which makes everything accessible.

Exceptionally Excellent”

It's a rarity, finding a first class hotel of such uncompromising quality , staffed by dedicated employees who are committed to every guest's need, and seamlessly enabled by an obviously talented management team from behind the scenes. In my half a century of travels spanning the globe, I have never come across better accommodation, food, and service. My family had a time at Conrad Manila.

Luxurious Hotel”

It is a luxurious hotel and worth every cent. All staff were fantastic I can’t fault them. The location was the best, you can go for a walk early in the morning and late at night along the seaside, then go shopping at Mall of Asia. Plenty of restaurants, around, loved the buffalo wild wings and Gerry’s.. The water view is stunning, the pool/area was so relaxing. I would come back and highly recommend Conrad Manila.
