Great Place to Stay ”

I really enjoyed my stay at Copacabana Apartment Hotel. It was suggested to me by a good friend who stays there frequently. I liked the convience to the airport because i had an early flight back to the USA. I had been to the hotel a week early to store a piece of luggage and they were very happy to keep it for me. When I arrived for check in it was late in evening. i wanted a queen size bed and they only had twin beds in my suite. They up graded me without question and with no additional charge. The rooms were large and very comfortable. the shower was ok but it needed to be adjusted. being an American i only wished the water was hotter, but it was ok. I had breakfast poolside and the filipino meal was excellent. I found that the Mall of Asia was near by for some fantastic shopping. The morning I left, they were at my room to inspect with out delay and i appreciated that quick service. I had the option of there shuttle or a metered cab. I would highly recommend the Cococabana Apartment Hotel. I know I will stay there on my next visit to the Philippines. Thank you.

Great Stay , Excellent Value for money”

WE stayed only 1 night at Copacabana Apartments, We are glad we booked here as we feel we found a apartment in Manila that is reasonably priced and offers good quality family accommodation with good size very clean apartments. Also as there are two doors to access the balcony that can be locked and a high balcony it made it very safe having a todler with us. Also found the staff very friendly. After staying in Passay area for over 15 stays now I found this the best family accommodation in Manila

If you're looking for accommodations for mandatory quarantine upon arrival, don't hesitate to book Copacabana. Here's why: - most quarantine hotels don't allow you to order food from outside nor allow grocery deliveries. (You need to order all your meals from most hotels.) Copacabana accepts food deliveries and has basic kitchenettes. - excellent value for money, very spacious suites and apartments - close to airport so no need to suffer traffic jams when you've arrived jetlagged - very clean - HOT water that's hot. Rare in mid-category hotels here. - staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. - there's a clean swimming pool you can use after your quarantine. The only con I could think of - it's right on EDSA and it it doesn't have soundproof glass windows (bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper) - it could use blackout curtains (bring eyemasks if this bugs you)

Great Transit Hotel ”

Before staying here I wondered why a three star hotel could get such high ratings, but this hotel delivered friendly service large clean rooms, a nice pool and reasonably priced food in the most convenient location in Manila for someone in transit. My last trip I stayed next door in the supposedly 5 star Heritage Hotel for twice the rate with food costing twice as much in a room smaller and no cleaner than at the Copacabana. One caveat, as with the Heritage hotel the traffic noise is really LOUD so bring ear plugs.

I've stayed at the Copacabana Apartment Hotel several times, and not just because it's convenient to stay before flying out of the Manila Airport. The property is well maintained, kept clean, and everything works as it should. Combine that with the friendly professional staff, and this place is a winner.

In Generally ,Hotel Copacabana is nice spacious Hotel with Studios and Apartments there... The location is perfect for solo travelers hunting for nightlife and entertainment in Pasay (opposite is located EDSA Clubs ) Bring your slippers due to hotel do not provided , Hot water there is a little warm water only ..the water pressure is extremely weak ... The location is quite noisy even all night, coz of nonstop extensive traffic on the road below hotel Even of the fact ,that Hotel Management provided double glazed windows and double framed doors ...this hotel is not suitable for the people which required silence Internet there is upon additional payment ( I didn't use it ,so I cannot share you nothing about wifi quality at the hotel) The restaurant and Garden on the second floor is Very Good indeed as Interior ,Food and Service Front Restaurant Garden is located clean and nice swimming pool with all required facilities for swimming pool The all staff into Copacabana there are fast ,kindly enough and well professionalized Aircon is window type (new one )this unit running well, but as you know its again upon noised operation :-)

Great Hotel and close to the Airport”

My Wife and I arrived at the Copacabana Apartment Hotel by taxi from the Airport and was greeted by friendly staff and Security. I checked into a nice suite on the 9th floor with a great view of Manila. The pool was great and had plenty of shade from the surrounding buildings.

I first stayed here 12 years ago on my firstvisit to Philippines. Now I have lived here 11 year and stay at the Copacabana when in Manila twice a year. Staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and mannered. Alway have a driver available to take me wereever i need to go. A couple pesos extra but well,well worth it. No fly by night shady cab drivers all well mannered and honest. Older hotel/ apartments but like a fine lady or bottle of wine more gracefull and enjoyable with maturity. Not as flasy as some new places but good solid value. Honest staff that work hard to please you. Very very clean rooms. Always fresh and never dirty. Reccomend 100%.....

Copa offers good value for the price”

This was my second stay at the Copacabana and both were satisfactory. The hotel is located along noisy Edsa, but the double windows provided excellent sound buffering. Our studio room was large and very clean. Food is excellent and not bad price wise (try the chopsuey). The only negative was the final booking price was 30 percent over the initial quoted price from Agoda due to taxes, service charge, etc, but still a good value compared to other hotels. Staff are all professional and attended to all our requests. We plan to stay at the Copa on our next visit to Manila.

Value for money at Copocabana”

I stayed at Copacabana Hotel in a Junior Suite for one night between flights. My son had recommended it to me from an earlier trip. It is in a good location, not far from airport and very close to the Mall of Asia and I felt quite safe there. It is an older hotel but the rooms were clean and comfortable and had a functional kitchenette which I didn't have time to use. The bathroom was roomy but unfortunately the hot water tap on the shower was broken. As it was hot this really wan't a problem for me. My room at the front of the hotel was double glazed but there was still a lot of traffic noise. Ask for a room at the back if you don't want to immerse yourself in the "Manila experience".The pool was clean and pleasant and the poolside cafe was great for breakfast and lunch. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect as Always”

as expected, copacabana made me and my whole family happy once again with our stay. they never failed to give us the service that we need. the hotel room may not be as perfect as the other 5 star hotels around, but the service that the people have been giving us is already 5 star quality. we cooked our own food since the room has a kitchenette, the kids swam all day assisted with the best poolside people around. both the am and the pm shift pool attendant are the best. the food is also great since we ordered snacks at the poolside. all in all, copacabana hotel is perfect for us. and definitely, we will keep coming back.

this was my second stay in the copacabana apartment hotel which met my expectations once again. nice and clean rooms though the hotel itself is rather old. the reception is not very efficient. guess two ladies are not enough the entire hotel. i absolutely can recommend this hotel for a very short stay. i will come again if i need an overstay on the way to boracay

Clean apartment!!!”

We booked Copacabana for an overnight stay. However, I didnt know that studio units were on the 11th floor onwards as it was not stated in the website. However, staff was considerate to put me on the 10th floor since I am pregnant and so we didnt have to climb the stairs to get to the 11th floor. Apartment was spanking clean and big enough for my daughter to run around. Bed was comfy, albeit on the firm side. Aircon was mounted a bit low but it still cooled the room considerably. We were not able to try the breakfast nor use the pool though. But overall, it was a comfortable stay. Thank you Copacabana!

Pet-friendly accommodation”

Enjoyed our stay here with our doggie before the Pet Express Doggie Run. Conveniently located near MOA. Very spacious room and amenities were complete. We had the option to cook, since the apartment has its own kitchen. Which makes the stay here so much better than the ordinary hotel. P.S. Our room was also upgraded for free (Studio Room to One-Bedroom Suite) since the Studio Rooms were fully booked when we checked in. Sometimes other establishments just refund you, but not this one. So another point for Copacabana for that!

My regular Manila transit stay”

I've written so many reviews on this hotel - you could easily see any of my previous ones. This hotel a conveniently placed and acceptably priced hotel of decent quality for transitting Manila. It's close to the airport, Mall of Asia, and central to everything else. The food - while not amazing - is quite acceptable in both quality and price. The bed in the particular room I stayed in this time felt like a slab of wood, but this is the only time I've found that. The only thing (as always) that lets this hotel is the ridiculously expensive in-house internet, when almost every other hotel provides free wifi.

Our stay at Copacabana Apartment Hotel was good as the studio-type accommodations was clean and comfortable. We were just surprised with the Php2000 security deposit fee, as this wasn't declared anywhere here in Agoda when we were still reserving it. For budget travelers like us, such information is important and we would appreciate it if they declare that before customers begin reserving rooms at their hotel. Also, having such a large amount of security deposit shows that you do not trust your customers, and that is not necessarily good for business.

Better than peers but...”

The Copacabana is definitely as good as or better than the Orchid Garden Suites (Malate), Mabuhay Manor (only steps away but now closed) and is far better value than the Century Park (Malate) and an excellent option to The Heritage next door. The rooms are adequately equipped for the budget-conscious guest, cleaned properly, quickly and the housekeepers very attentive and conscientious. Like the Mabuhay Manor nearby, the Copacabana is perfect for those who want to avoid being stuck in traffic to catch a flight at the NAIA, only 5 min. away by taxi in light traffic. The pool is ideal for guests who wish to stay fit while away from home. However the Copacabana leaves something to be desired in its complimentary breakfast, offered only in 2 basic versions of Pinoy and American. The Mabuhay Manor and Orchid Garden Suites both have buffet breakfasts. I ordered my American without the bacon and canned ham to avoid sodium, cholesterol overdose.

Good hotel but gouges for internet use”

The Copacabana Apartment Hotel has some good qualities and, at the same time, some really bad features. While it is an older hotel, the spacious rooms are freshly painted, smell really clean and feel bright. This hotel is very clean everywhere. The rooms have a nice spacious shower, lots of closet space and lots of wide counter space to put stuff. The staff is friendly and are happy to help with anything you need. The hotel has a pretty good restaurant, and the restaurant is air conditioned. The hotel has a very well maintained pool with a well appointed pool area. But, there are some real problems at this hotel. The rooms do not have block out curtains. So, sleeping late in the morning is not an option. The large pillows are just too, too hard. It is like sleeping on a beach ball instead of a pillow. The rooms facing the always busy 10 lane Roxus Boulivard in front of the hotel are unbelievably noisy. So, make sure you don’t get a room facing the street. The A/C is marginally configured; it takes a while but it eventually gets the job done. They do allow you to leave the A/C running when you leave the room. The worst thing about the Copacabana and something that is just unbelievable is Copacabana does not offer free internet. They want you to pay $2.30 for one hour of internet in this day and age when you get free internet even in the coffee shops. While this hotel is worth returning to with good prices, I will not return just for the one reason they want to gouge me for internet. And, this is too bad, because mostly this is a good hotel. The Copacabana should come out of the past and start offering free internet. Dee Erickson, winemaker

My best 3 nights stay with them! ”

I stayed with them(room 709) for 3 nights, just awaiting for my international flight on the 4th day. Near airport. Everything was superb, the room/toilet/cabinets/bed/table/fridge/cooking wares/kitchen utensils/etc. was very clean. Aircon was very cold. Toilet bowl/sink no clogging including the kitchen sink. The bed/pillows was very soft, clean and comfortable to lie down all day. And the best of all are their staffs, very accomodating, respectful, shows concern (amidst covid-19 pandemic), special mention to Ms. Lyca of the reception counter for my free upgrade of room(from studio room transferred to one bedroom suite room) due to I'm an OFW frontliner and a PWD guest. To Kuya Jun for helping me during my airport transfer. Thank you so much COPACABANA for making my stay with you safe and memorable. Definitely, I will go back to your hotel for another memorable experience and I will recommend your property to my families and friends. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Exceptional”

The place is very accessible. For the room that we booked, it was great for a family of 6 adults and we also had a pet cat (there is a charge of 800 per pet, per day). Very spacious and the staff attended to our needs in time. The pool area was very nice and they have security and attendants on the area, do note it is not a shallow pool, more fitted for adults than for kids. My only gripe is that there is no free wifi, you need to pay an additional at check in. We had good mobile data reception in the room so it was not a big deal for us. Overall, we enjoyed our quick staycation at Copacabana and I would definitely recommend the place.
