Terrible stay, I strongly do not recommend this property.”

The property looks nothing like the description, it is run down and smelly. The barbecue was rusting out front. It is not easily walkable to the beach as advertised as you have to take a meandering route out of the premises past the guard outpost. I did not receive the details to get inside the property and had to wait outside for three hours while I tried to contact them and no one picked up the phone. By the time we finally got in, it was midnight. Inside, the bedsheets smelled of mould and it looked nothing like the pictures advertised. Although we had to wait 3 hours outside,the landlady never apologised, and even rushed us out of the property even though she made us wait three hours to get in. She was extremely rude to us.

I abit not happy because when I shower the water not so strong and also no proper hose pipe & bidet, when I see online they say will have games but when I reach there no games at all.

Good house in Desaru”

Very good house with fine facilities. When we required support of the owner/administrator we got it quite soon
It's required some maintenance in the bathrooms as the shower was broken, yet usable, as well as the shared toilet. The suite sheets required to be replaced
