We stayed at this resort for a wedding. To be honest i didn't really find the hotel or [pool area as beautiful as other hotels on the beach in Tulum. The food was fairly average in the hotel resturants, the buffet breakfast was probably the best though. The drinks were great though! I loved the stay, the food was great and the staff are so kind; they went out of their way to make us comfortable and helped us with whatever we needed, they were also so attentive. I would come back again. The pool is just as the pictures I loved it, the only con and is not the hotels fault is the seaweed for some reason all over tulum it came out of nowhere!

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Pool and room were great. Hotel itself is ages away from anything unless you drive. Loads of parking for cars. Neighbourhood is a bit of a building site. The hotel is perfectly located, with good access to public transport and some nice restaurants around (papaya pizza, la coqueta). The pool, the garden, as well as the interior design of the rooms are beautiful! Irma and her team are very helpful and so amiable! Muchas gracias por todo!

Stayed with my friend for 4 nights and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room is very clean and location great as near a taxi rank and about 3km either way to beach, Gran cenote and Tulum ruins. Very happy with clean rooms and bathrooms perfect location in a quite spot but just down the road to a yoga studio and restraunts. Staff very helpful. Got a delicious fruit platter and coffee for breakfast which was a very good price too :)

Cheap and clean room. Only that the refrigerator and the owner lives on the second floor. Although management is weak and clean water when you shower.

I don't really agree with the term "glamping". Neither is it glamorous nor is it really camping. The "tents" are more like bungalows with walls made of fabric and an outdoor bathroom. The place was really clean and the staff was super friendly. The food smelled amazing but sadly we were on a budget and hat to go for street food. There is no hot water in the shower but...

The hotel is small and simple, but the second is great ! The pool is fabulous, and the free bike rental made our trip... The only thing I would mention is that the bathroom was tiny- and the room smelled a little damp with no AC, Overall we loved it and definitely return ❤

We stayed at this hotel after a week in at all inclusive in Cancun. It is a quiet home away from home hotel with very friendly and warm owners with their little daughter and niece. A lovely little beachfront hotel where you step out your front door onto the white sand of the beach. Its quite basic compared to the resorts (eg no tv; no food), yet clean and comfortable and offers a nice alternative to the big resorts. not far away from city center, include simple breakfast. You dont know it is a hotel when you arrive, but after check in, you will love its forest feel, only 8 -10 rooms, a rope bed outside your room, comfortable in your room, must try one night in Tulum!

Hip Hotel is situated on the south end of Tulum at the best part of the beach. The rooms are clean and you can easily sleep with your room door open at night and feel safe while watching and listening to waves crash. On our way troug Quintana Roo we found this very nice hotel in Tulum. It is not easy to find, but the position on the Agoda map is correct. As there are no signs the best is to drive to the area and ask a local. the hotel itself is worth the visit, if you don't need to stay directly at the beach and it is much cheaper than the beach condos. Nice architecture!

Hands down, the place is even nicer than photos. Only problem is the food is all the same. We had been there 7 nights so the food was a problem after 2-3 days. Anyways, if you have a car, you can drive to punta allen, there are some restaurants

L'Hotelito is a very nice hotel runned by very nice owners who make this place into a place with its own character; The rooms are authentic and spacious, clean and bed are good. Location is in the city centre of Tulum, with the ruins, ADO and beach nearby so you can do whatever you would like to do. Included breakfast was good!

We have never before posted a review on a hotel we stayed in, but decided that this hotel stay was so different/ amazing that we just had to give them some feedback. We were treated like the most special people there by most the staff, the waiters and managers were just fantastic. The hotel itself and the rooms are beautiful and serene. But the best thing was the food....

What a great place. It was a condo in a hotel. There was a living room, dining area, kitchen ready if you wanted to cook, a bedroom with a king size comfy bed and a nice size bathroom. The pool looked very inviting and each room had its own balcony. The staff were excellent- professional, friendly, and very helpful. When I return to Tulum, Palms is where I will stay!

No windows, scorpions and other big insects in room, AC leaking, room smells bad, wrong pricing and no willing to help and one night AC didn't work.
