My family booked a room at DHAWA hotel for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised to find a room for three adults without any additional cost for an extra bed. The room was beautiful and clean, and the staff (security, reception, rescue, housekeeping, etc.) were friendly and attentive. The pool was spacious, clean, and had a depth of 1.2 meters. The hotel prioritizes children with free room booking, self-service mini bar, pool play area, and a separate room for activities such as painting, coconut decoration, etc. The restaurant quality was excellent, and the hotel had two restaurants, Azura and Nook, serving breakfast buffets, so there was no long wait for food. However, I was a bit disappointed that the September 1st, 2023 buffet did not include the cost of water, so my family only ate and did not dare to order water. The hotel should take note of this issue. Overall, although the hotel is newly opened, they have done an excellent job, and my family is very satisfied. We cannot find any faults. Highly recommended for families with children.

We loved our stay. The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were amazing, modern and very clean. We had a beautiful ocean and pool view was lovely. Specially, Azura Restaurant Terrace at Dhawa was excellent, it had a great mix of Western and Vietnamese food. I would highly recommend the Dhawa for a few days of relaxing it truly is a beautiful resort.

Definitely recommended for family”
Such a pleasant stay! My big family chose this resort to celebrate the Mother’s Day this year and we all had great experiences here. Love love love the view from our suites. Especially the pool had me in gasp bc it’s huge and very clean, as well as the beach. One thing I regret is we stayed there for only one night and I really wish we could prolong our stay. They also have shuttle bus from Saigon directly to the resort, which is really convenient for all of us. Absolutely amazing!!!

Great facilities, clean but location is isolated ”
We had a good rest and relaxation time at Dhawa Hồ Tràm. Staff were friendly and super helpful. However the area is very isolated so you’re there just to relax inside the resort, otherwise there is nothing else within walking distance. The beach was not swimmable while we were there mid January. Our daughter has nut allergy and we informed the restaurant, as well as choosing dishes which have no nuts in the description but we only realised later that one dessert still had hidden peanuts in it as my daughter felt the reaction. Luckily it was moderate since she only consumed a couple of spoonfuls and we had medication/EpiPen . Staff were very helpful and apologetic. So if you have food allergy be extremely careful in Vietnam as it’s not common so chef and staff are not fully aware of the seriousness of anaphylaxis. they like to sprinkle nuts on food for extra flavours or as decoration, but sometimes it’s not visible until you ate it. Overall it’s a very nice and clean resort and good for R&R.
