The room was clean and the atmosphere was peaceful. It had air conditioning and complete facilities. However, the receptionist provided information that was inconsistent with what I was told over the phone regarding the room not including breakfast. Guests should be informed clearly at check-in, especially since I had called in advance and was told that breakfast was included. I was not very impressed with the receptionist’s service. The staff should be more service-minded and friendly toward guests of all countries and nationalities. Other than that, everything else was good.
