Exceptional”
Very nice hotel. The rooms are simply yet beautifully decorated. The bathroom was modern and had a great shower! The swimming pool is a nice place to hang out after visiting the city (and they make great cocktails!!!). My only disappointment was the breakfast, which was exactly the same for the 4 days I was there.

It's a little boutique hotel and not anything resembling a resort/sky bar. As long as you accept that fact it's all good. Location and room was pretty good and just make sure to eat out as room service was pretty expensive comparing it to the restaurants outside. Overall value for money

bitten by bed bugs (pretty bad)”
the hotel was good, breakfast very good and the location around 10mins tuk tuk to Central market & night market. Can book through Grab app (alot cheaper). The pool was small but has a nice view around the city (roof top bar & restaurant, can order food & drinks). However the room 703 which we stay we got bitten by bed bugs (pretty bad), me and my wife bitten on the necks, shoulder and arms. We told the frontdesk but he didnt help in anyways. Wouldnt be staying there again

Unorganised management and dirty rooms”
They didn't have the room we booked available so we were downgraded to a smaller room. Very annoying as we had booked for a week. Door to the room and the bathroom door were very warped and hard to shut. Rooms were dirty, there was so much dust under the beds it was disgusting. One of the beds was actually broken with one of the planks lying on the floor under it, for god knows how long as it was covered in dust too. Shower was never cleaned properly, there was hair in the drain. Breakfast was really basic, with not many options or variation, and the food wasn't good quality and was left out for ages each morning. The pool was very small, but the view was nice. Tuk tuk drivers barely let you get out of the elevator on the ground floor before they start harassing you, and don't listen when you say no. There are better places more central or closer to riverside that are cheaper and nicer. I've stayed in nicer and cleaner hostels.

The definition of amenities is basic, bring your own shampoo. I suspect someone was using our room since a 3rd unidentified toothbrush appeared in the bathroom & underwear went missing. Keep the air conditioning running as the heat absorbed into the bed made it unbearable to sleep.

Last resort...”
Nine floors but lower four under renovation. An elevator, but no generator to cope with rolling power-sharing. Typical cement-and-tile outfit that reflects every sound. House-keeping staff who do not understand that sound travels through doors. 'Do Not Disturb' signs do not prevent house-keeping knocking or ringing to see if you want your room made up. Shower mopped, but body hair left to gather to 2.5cm high in the nearest corner. Staff resigned en masse from 1 May (not unusual in KH), but guests 'notified' by a small-font notice sticky-taped to the in-coming face of the elevator door that roof bar and room service would not be available from then. Breakfast was better than in comparable establishments. This hotel should be treated as a last resort.

Circumstances dictated that I must extend my stay by three nights, which I did through Agoda. I checked and paid through the Receptionist, who clearly understood that I was staying longer and that I wouldn't need to change rooms. No-one thought to tell House-keeping, who - despite the Do Not Disturb sign - kept banging on the door for check out. Communication at this hotel is poor. It seems to be a property being done up waiting for a new lessee. None of the present (and remaining) staff cares.

This was down a pretty sketchy back alley. The pool closes at 10pm. They had signs up for no sex trafficing, and it clearly wasnt enforced. You'll see no less than 4 people being trafficked each day. I wouldn't recommend this place. The beds are extra firm. The room did get nice and cool with the aircon.

The hotel is located off the street at the end of a small alley with limited street night. The entrance and the lobby the hotel is also very dark at night. Insufficient lighting in the corridors and inside the room also. Many items in the rooms were worn out. A big hole on the curtain. Stains on the bed sheet and towels. There were molds on the paper box of the toiletries provided. The water of that swimming pool is green (not clear) and they claimed it was under mainteance during my visit. So disappointing and terrified but it was late at 7pm when I checked in. It was dark everywhere thus I stayed for one night and changed to another hotel immediately. The staff became very unhelpful the moment I asked for a refund of my unused night. The hotel breakfast was nice though.

Breakfast Buffet”
Enjoyed our stay in Diamond Palace Resort and Sky Bar. It was close to all places that we wanted to visit and had their very own tuktuk drivers that took us around. The tuktuk driver was very courteous and kind, I wish we took down his name... Very respectful and honest, I wish all people could be just like him... He also didn't overcharge us compared to the other drivers we've had in Phnom Penh. The place was close to Aeon mall... 3 min tuktuk drive. Thank you for hosting us.

Nice sky bar pool, amazing staff and cosy rooms”
We visited Phnom Penh two times during our cambodia trip last month. Stayed att Diamond palace resort both occasions. The hotel is quiet, clean and the staff and manager is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and will definately come back when we visit PP again!
