incompetent managers ”
The location is perfect but the management staff are really bad. I was very badly received with a cold and non warm welcome ! The establishment has a western clientele and adopts a very strange behavior with locals for me i live it almost like a racist situation. I had a wonderful stay because i was with my lover but its absolutely not for their service and hospitality.

Beautiful, quiet, clean place ”
My boyfriend and me stayed three nights at the eden sea side and enjoyed our stay! We had the bungalow with sea view (make sure you book this one) and had the most amazing view! Imagine you wake up and look through your window, beside your bed and can look over the bay! 10s Walk to the beach and if you walk 5 min you will find some more crouded restaurants and bars. If you want to have laid back days at Sanloem you are at the right place! The staff is also helpful (sometimes a bit shy) but friendly.

Great spot right in the centre of the bay which is nice an quiet. Not offering water refills (even if it would cost the customer a little) is incomprehensible in a country such as Cambodia plagued by plastic pollution.

Awesome area and accommodations ”
Was excellent. We were just before and in high season as while we were there the prices for the food went up but not much. Cambodia staff were excellent especially Sobi in the restaurant.The rooms and area were very clean. Food was excellent. Beach chairs were okay. A little hard after awhile. Room was excellent.

We have four people with two rooms, the rooms for us is fine. It is acceptable for this area, however we feel very terrible with the Russian's girl manager is unfriendly and no acceptable for refusing and impolite response while we request one chair for our 4 people. At evening time after enjoy the time at the beach, we are coming for the food at the restaurant, there is table and seat at the beach infront of restaurant and at this time there are only 3 seats available and we request for one more seat because we can not accept when 3 of us seat and other one stand. There are many chairs at the restaurant, however the Russian's Manager won't allow to add more chair for us with no reason, no unfriendly answer, either unfriendly face. And her answer is only one word "No". Since we travel, it is our first time to meet this rude management.

Tres cher pour la prestation ”
39 $ pour une nuit dans un bungalow avec ventilateur et moustiquaire sale et trouée, petit dej non compris (+ 5 $, café 1,5 $), c’est un peu cher. Nous avions payé la nuit précédente moins cher (35$) dans un resort mieux placé, service attentionné, chambre deluxe avec climatisation et petit dej compris. Nous avons failli rater le bateau pour rentrer sur le continent car le service de transport gratuit proposé par l’hôtel n’est jamais arrivé, sans que personne ne s’en inquiète à la «réception». Si vous n’avez besoin de rien vous serez comblés, ils ont tendance à dire «oui» pour vous faire plaisir sans que cela ne soit suivi d’effet. Pas de Wifi accessible (alors qu’il y a plusieurs réseaux visibles à l’hotel). Prenez du répulsif à moustique c’est un conseil... Les cousins des sièges du balcon du bungalow étaient franchement sales. A part ça le cadre et la localisation sont tres bien (jolie salle de restaurant, acces direct à la plage, douche sur la plage,, serviettes de plages...).

Цей готель знаходиться в кращiй, на мiй погляд частинi пляжу. Хатинки чистi, охайнi але треба освiдомлювати що в такого типу хатинках забагато комарiв,проте не потрiбен кондицiонер .На узбережжi за цi грошi можна оселитись тiльки в схожих умовах, тому цей готель вважаю кращим нiж iншi. На пляжi присутнi лежаки, рушники та душ. Дуже смачний та щедрий снiданок за 6 дол.(буфет) та взагалi гарний ресторан. Терiторiя охайна та зелена. Ввiчливий персонал.
