Superb Experience, Highly Recommended!”
We stayed at Eureka for 3d/2n. My sister were teasing me for choosing the hotel because of its pool but too bad, it was under renovation when we stayed there. Eureka Villas is 5-10 minute walk to Royal Palace and Riverside. It is sooo accessible to the tourist spots and you can walk as far as Wat Phnom and Night Market. The management can recommend you a kind, polite, honest and english-speaking tuktuk driver that will take you to Killing Fields,S21 Prison and Russian Market in a cheap price. He even bought us masks to cover our nose. As per him, the road to Cheoung Ek is so dusty. And dear, we are very thankful to his thoughtfulness. What I love about the hotel is their service. The staffs are all polite, attentive and friendly. The room where we stay was big. And the breakfast they serve? It was soo delicious! The only thing that was on the bad side is that the aircon of the room takes a long time to cool down the room temperature, but i guess it is normal as it was the same issue we had when we were at Ho Chi Minh and Siem Reap(or maybe,it was just really hot) Eureka Villas really made our stay worthwhile. If ever I got another chance to visit Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay at their hotel and will surely recommend this to my friends. To Eureka Villas' management, Thank you so much!

Friendliest staff or our whole trip”
Eureka Villas was a great place to stay on a budget in Phnom Penh. It was a little difficult for us to find as the numbers on Street 184 descended to 0 before ascending again but once we found it the staff was quick to greet us and take our bags. While I didn't get the whole story the hotel was actually used by Australian firefighters while training Cambodian firefighters and you'll see small hints of this history all about the hotel. The rooms are pretty simple, even those that are recently remodeled. There were well over 60 channels so those who like to fall asleep to English TV will have no problem. However that was the only "luxury" that you could expect from the rooms. Where the hotel really has value is in the location. It's only a few blocks from the river, the Silver Pagoda, the F.C.C., and the restaurant Friends, which was the best meal of our three week trip by the way. The staff was also the friendliest on our trip. Not only were they ready to serve us at whatever hour we woke up but the gentleman who managed the property, I regretfully didn't get his name, helped us to arrange multiple cars to transport us to Siem Reap at a price that made other tuk-tuk drivers blush and even hooked us up with a tuk-tuk driver in Siem Reap that he personally vouched fer (he told us if there were any problems we should contact him and he would reimburse us). At just less than $50 for the room that I split with my girlfriend, I would definitely recommend the Eureka Villas both for the amazing staff as well as for the fantastic location. Also the wifi strength in the rooms was solid and uninterrupted.

Excellent Accommodation”
eureka villas provide excellent accommodation. we stayed in a family room which provided 3 large beds, a good sized bathroom and plenty of room space. the rooms are much bigger than what is stated on agoda. the staff and owner provided excellent customer service. the breakfast was great as was the design / layout of the villas with the nice pool and the breakfast area that is pool side. it is also in a great location. despite this we still found the water temperature and water pressure much better than any of the other accommodation we stayed at in phnom penh. after the eureka villas we stayed at the pavillion. the eureka villas are much better than the pavillion, 10 fold!

New management and better than ever!”
Eureka Villas has been my accommodation of choice for a number of years when visiting Phnom Penh. Now under new management, Ling and her partner, supported by many of the existing local team, go out of their way to ensure that guests feel at home. The whole exterior has received a welcome coat of paint and you can clearly see the ongoing investment and enthusiasm to take the place to a new level; I'm sure that there are more improvements to come! If you're looking for spacious, comfortable rooms with a bit of tranquility in a great central location, with a fantastic swimming pool, you'll not go wrong here.

Great place to stay in Phnom Penh”
we stayed there for 4 days and had a fantastic time. we took the superior room with balcony/terasse and poolview. it was very private and relaxed. the only thing that was missing was some relaxing units to lay -back on the terasse. they had some chairs at least and a small table outside. the staff was terrific and friendly helping with advices about the city. we travel a lot and can really recomend eureka villas. we are sure to stay there on our next trip to phnom penh. its really worth the money.

A great alternative in a good location”
eureka villas weren't our first choice but came as a pleasant surprise. it was only a one night stay as we were on our way to siem reap and had already been in phnom penh for four days previously. the hotel is in a great location, near street 240, the palace and museum, and not such a long walk to the river restaurant and bar area if that's where you're headed. staff were extremely helpful in assisting us to get bus tickets for siem reap and answered any questions we had. the bathroom was great - we even had a bath!

Delightful little hotel with excellent service”
My one week stay at Eureka Villas was most enjoyable. When I arrived I was suffering from a bad cold and chest congestion. Manager Hen was extremely helpful and assisted me to get medical attention. He also assisted with arranging visits to various tourist sites. This place is a peaceful little oasis in a huge city. A great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets. Also a central location to most of the tourist attractions of Phnom Penh. I found all the staff most helpful and they made me feel quite at home.

Nice hotel, great staff, and in a great location”
Having recently spent a week at the Eureka Villas, I found it to be a great place to stay! I had a deluxe room, which was on the ground floor and opened directly into the dining area..The room was very clean and spacious with everything you needed. The staff were really lovely and the food was fantastic! A lot of the attractions were within walking distance - the Royal Palace, Central Market, Wat Phnom, and the riverfront..For trips further afield, such as the Russian Market, Tuol Sleng and the Killing Fields, the friendly tuk-tuk drivers out the front are more than happy to take you.. Chivorn also arranged taxis to take me to Kampot and then to pick me up from Kampot and take me to Siem Reap, stopping at the Eureka Villas on the way through to change taxis..

Comfort close to historic sites and restaurants”
As first timers to Phnom Penh, it was essential for us to find our feet quickly; Eureka Villas delivers this in spades. Within an hour of our arrival after a long and tiring trip, we were comfortably settled in and already walking along the riverside where all the action is. The Royal Palace and the main restaurants are a few minutes walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful(and always smiling, it seems. We liked the convenience of the place so much that we opted to stay there again later in the trip.

Fantastic !!!!!!!!!”
WOW! what a great place, It was like an oasis in an otherwise busy and dusty area. It was just at the back of the Palace and a 10 min walk to the river. The staff were fantastic and could not do enough for everyone. It had only been opened for 10 weeks when we were here. I would go back to Phnom Penh again just to stay at Eureka Villas.

"This is a gem!"”
This hotel is a real find. Excellent location, great staff and a very welcoming pool after a days roaming. This hotel will never be the "Ritz" but they sure know how to make all of their guests feel very welcome. The rooms are spacious and clean and tidy and are serviced very promptly each day. It's location is very near the Royal Palace so very easy to explain to the Tuk-Tuk drivers where to take you. I will return to Phnom Penh and I will be staying at Eureka.

Wonderful oasis in a great location”
Eureka Villas is the perfect place to stay in Phnom Penh. It is a block from both the the Palace Grounds and the National Museum and just minutes walk to the waterfront. It is quiet and the pool is wonderful in the heat of Cambodia. The staff is extremely helpful

Clean cozy hotel with great service”
we like the spaciousness of the triple room that we stayed in, steady hot water shower and cozy breakfast area overlooking the pool. the good vibes we felt at eureka villas will motivate us to recommend it to other travellers. while it is quite a walk to the riverside, we were glad that we chose eureka villas and not one of the hotels along the riverside as that area is crowded and rather sleazy in the night. the tuk-tuk driver, was very helpful and obliged with our request to stop by to purchase food and to visit a village after our tour of s21 & killing fields. the assistant manager and bar staff of eureka villas were very helpful in checking certain info for us. the bar staff willingly lent us usd10 to take a tuk tuk out to malis (highly recommended restaurant! great food & ambience!) for dinner as we had only big notes on us. overall a very pleasant experience. the good service of the staff really made a difference.

Centrally located, very pleasant hotel”
We really appreciated Eureka Villas. It is a lovely clean hotel. We had a large room that easily accommodated the 5 of us as a family. The pool and dining area was well laid out and convivial. The pool was a good size and clean and was great for letting the children burn off some excess energy as well as allowing us to exercise (not so easy in the heat). The location is perfect- we were down a quiet street behind the Royal Palace so is really central to everything. Breakfast is great-a reasonable choice and good quantity. It allowed lunch to be light which was helpful for the budget. The staff were friendly and the manager was very "can-do". She was helpful and efficient and able to help us find places and gave good recommendations. There were no mosquitoes in the room which was rather helpful. Very good value for money and we would recommend it to our friends.

A potential oasis...with added sound effects!”
I stayed here for a total of 3 nights largely to transit in and out of Phnom Penh to see Siem Reap and Sihanoukville on this occasion rather than PP itself. My tour and bus arrangements made by Chivorn were handled with aplomb and my tickets were waiting for me on arrival for the buses to Siem Reap and Sihanoukville. Chivorn also jumped on his moped to catch me at the bus station as I had left my laptop charger in the room on the day of my departure. The staff were also quite helpful with directions and advice when the inevitable ‘bad tummy’ struck on my first night (nothing to do with this place I had literally just arrived from Thailand). The breakfasts were certainly adequate for a short stay but in line with the other food choices here they were a little uninspired. I do tend to place a lot of emphasis on a good inclusive breakfast. I think I’d be skipping breakfast after a few days and going elsewhere if I’d stayed longer. The pool was a great facility to take relaxing afternoon dips in and I had no complaints about the cleanliness or facilities in my room and the location is certainly within shouting distance of the centre of Phnom Penh and has several tourist sites are within immediate walking distance. However this hotel does have a problem that has been widely reported by other guests – NOISE. Whilst the hotel did nothing wrong on so many counts it would be remiss of me to send other guests here who are light-sleepers. I’m not a particularly light sleeper myself but was awoken at various hours (some quite unsociable) by what seemed to be not just one type of noise. It could be people, construction work or inexplicable noises but this hotel has no shortage of them to keep you entertained/annoyed. I did actually mention the noise and the response was largely along the lines of ‘yeah we know don’t mention that old one again’ rather than anything constructive or apologetic.
