Very nice hotel most specially the breakfast. It’s more expensive than other five star hotels in the metro though. Also, not all rooms had bidet so i had to request to be transferred to another room. Staff are all friendly, accomodating and quick in addressing concerns

Great location and ambiance but could be better”
The hotel is located just beside BGC high street. The street looks peaceful and safe, and good for tourists. The ambiance of the hotel is good and we loved their bakery. Staff are basically friendly and accommodating. It might have been a better stay if we didn’t have to wait for food nearly 30 mins at the cafe. Also if you are planning to check in at around 2pm and check out around 12 pm, you should expect to wait for 30 mins at the counter. The room was spacious and clean. My expectations are probably high but the edge of bathtub could be cleaner. Overall stay was relaxing and I really enjoyed the stay.

Great place to book in BGC! Central location so a lot of restaurants and stores are just walking distance. Perfect for couples who would want to do a staycation in the city, and also for travellers who would like to stroll around the best place in the country. Staff are very accomodating as well.

Honestly my stay in the hotel was almost perfect until checkout. Until a certain person at the checkout counter decided to give us some side eye and attitude. Just a bit disappointed with how that person talked to us, compared to the other staff that staff was honestly close to trash.

Shangrila at the Fort never disappoints! I love how clean and spacious the room is. We requested for a crib and they gave it to us right away. Food is delectable as always. I just wish the check in encounter was smooth, but otherwise all good! Thank you so much Shangrila ❤️
