The hotel facility and service is over my expectation. I did not expect the room that spacious and the bathroom so big like this. The room looks bigger a lot than it was in the Agoda picture. So comfortable Moreover, the room is super clean and tidy. Hotel staffs are super friendly. They helped me to book local Tuk Tuk and Airport transfer taxi with reasonable price. I am happy with this hotel and will come back for my next trip.

It is rather new hotel, so better hurry up to enjoy it while you can. As with many hotels in Cambodia in the beginning they are great, but lack of maintenance and cleaning gradually turns them into poor establishments. The stuff was great! Great location.

it's a beautifully designed hotel in a good part of town. The staff is fantastic - every one of them incredibly sweet and helpful... they seem very proud to be working for a Cambodian owned and managed hotel. Odd things like not being able to flush paper in the toilet or a beautiful bathtub that you can't fill because there's not enough hot water.... But otherwise it's very nice and I would stay again

Counter staff is very nice and helpful. Facilities & equipment is very nice and kept at very good cleaning standard. Decoration is modern and room size is good. Exception... 1. construction site nearby and caused noise during day time (i.e. poor isolation from noise) 2. One of male staff at top floor in Amigo skybar restaurant was not very polite due to we intended to take some photos but they asked us for 15 dollar per one photos... next day when we went there for dinner. He said... He was just joking to us.... I was so disappointed of his attitude to client.

Right beside a building site”
This is a reasonably new hotel. Rooms are large and well equipped. Best point is probably the rooftop restaurant with views over PP. Its a bit anonymous and overpriced for what it is. But the big problem at present is the building site next door where (very loud) work started before 6.30 am. I arrived late and left early so it was not a big problem but I was glad I did not have to spend time there given the noise level.

Disappointing end to a nice few days”
two nights in this hotel, room was good, rate was ok, but charged for bottle water on check out. Having stayed at many hotel, and paying premium room rates for top level rooms, no one charges for bottled water, but this hotel does. I even checked the Mini bar price list, and it was NOT listed, so I drank it. Spoke to the General Manager, and explained the water was not listed on the Mini bar price list, but he refused and stated that they charge all guests for the bottled water. You lost a customer over a $2 charge, well done.

Customer Service and Cleanliness”
Overall nice hotel to stay. However customer service could be improved. I wrote 2 emails to the hotel but have to wait almost 10 days before I received a reply. Regarding cleanliness, bed linen seems dirty and me and my Wife has some rash and itchiness after sleeping for 1 night.

Not ideal if given low level rooms but generally acceptable.”
Not an ideal hotel should you require sufficient rest. Was given a low level room facing the road (cos the rooms on the other side was facing a construction in accordance to the hotel staff). Early rest at night is quite impossible as there is a Sakura Club situated just diagonally opposite. Lazing off in bed late into the morning is also quite impossible as the traffic downstairs starts as early as 6am. Noted quite a handful of stains on blankets, pillow case and shower towels. Floor is also dusty. If the above does not bother you, then I would say its generally an ok place to crash for a few nights. *Note: The view of Phnom Penh from Amigo restaurant located right at the top of the hotel is actually quite neat.

Booked on Agoda with breakfast included. The hotel staff would not allow us to check into our room until we had phoned Agoda and would agree with them that no breakfast was included in our one night stay. They argued constantly with us until we would agree with them. Never staying here again that is a fact :)

The staff who care of me was very arrogant at the reception. the room spacious but not properly clean. Also restaurant is not part of the hotel so you must pay directly there. No nice when you have room you need have your wallet all time! There is better place in PP

Head of security by the name of Ky Nin was verbally and physically abusive towards me and my partner. Would never go or recommend any one to go there. The head of security named above should be dismiss instantly due to his behaviour towards patrons.

Overpriced and badly managed ”
Very high rates for a sub standard room, beds / linen was dirty, ants in the bed and throughout the room. Management needed an appointment made to see them about the room, and when eventually did, offered no closure.

Amazing, memorable ”
We had a really memorable experience at Feliz hotel. They truly live out their policy of come in as a guest, leave like family. We booked this hotel last minute as we were really unhappy with one of the other hotels we were staying at! Feliz was a refreshing breath of air. Clean, warm and welcoming staff, great hospitality. Location wise it's great! located close to the attractions in Phnom Penh and a great tuk tuk driver that took us to some other areas of interest on the outskirts of Phnom Penh too We would definetly stay here again if we visit and highly recommend this hotel .
