“Lovely apartment but nightmare booking ”
Stayed here for one night on Saturday. Apartment was lovely. Very hard to find. I booked in January through agoda. About a week before I needed to contact them to change the payment date, it took 2 attempts of being on hold for 20-30 mins to get through. case was then passed to city relay. lady who checked us in and I spoke with was great, the same can't be said for others. We didn't get our check in details until 9pm the night before we were due to arrive despite paying on the Thursday over the phone through agoda the property was saying it didn't have payment. The manager then called me and sorted it out but not what you need night before going away not knowing if we would have a place to stay when we arrived. Check in was supposed to be from 3pm but the apartment wasn't ready until 5 but in fairness to them they did let us come in while the cleaner was still there. 2 bedroom and one sofa bed which we had to make up. We had fun but wouldn't recommend.
