Very good value apartment. It adequate for a couple and was thoughtfully prepared for my stay which included bathroom amenities. The unit was clean, bright and included a dedicated WiFi access point. Friendly and courteous staff on hand to ensure quick check in - out formalities. The unit comes kitchen and there’s nearby convenience store, restaurants and the beaches is only a 5 minute walk.

Very nice 2 bed apartment ”
We only stayed 1 night this time but really liked the apartment. Well maintained, clean, excellent for family and centrally located in khao takiap. Check in and out was very smooth. Great value for money.

I had such a nice stay here that I extended, and have since returned for a subsequent stay. The studio is fresh, clean and had all I needed for comfortable living. I liked having a little kitchen for self-catering; a large fridge/freezer was a bonus. The bed with nice linens provided a good sleep, as did the quiet AC. The condo complex is well located to convenience shops, restaurants and the beach. The security guards are super friendly, as are the lovely girls at the office: checkin-out was a breeze. Highly recommended!

Good location”
Sitting on a quiet alley 15-min drive south of downtown Hua Hin. Close to the beach and songthaew terminal. Wat Khao Takiap is in an easy 15-min stroll. The only drawback: it is inside a condo and not a "real" hotel. There is no register counter. The security calls the staff for the check-in. No restaurant and bar inside the hotel either. But there are several good restaurants nearby.

Pleasant Stay at 2BR Apartment”
Got the 2BR apartment at Agoda at a promotion rate. Not easy to find the place as the name of the development is in Thai and the English name is not obvious. Most drivers do not seem to know where the development is. Apartment is of a very good cleanliness standard and our family of 2 elderly, 3 adults and a 2-year-old boy had a comfortable stay with our helper taking the sofa. Toilets, towels and beddings were very clean. Water pressure is good and water heater was working well. The free WiFi is good. TV was not working well but the staff reacted fast and helped us to tune it. Location is a bit far from the town. Around 20, 30mins with transport to town? The concierge could help with the arrangement of transport. The beach is not exactly near but we had a nice 20mins walk to the beach in the evening. There isn't really any street food or massage parlours nearby, just a small Family Mart where we bought our bread, butter and cheese for breakfast. Mostly restaurants at the beach area. There is also a restaurant further down towards the town but you need to know which lane to turn into to get to the restaurant. Food is not bad there. The Wat Khao Takiap temple, Cicada, Breeze Spa at Amari Hua Hin are at a good driving distance away.

Fantastic”
The Rep on arrival was informative and spoke great English, The pool was clean and big enough to accommodate the number of guests staying during our visit. The room was spacious and had everything you needed - Home from Home. we were on the Eighth floor overlooking the pool and mountains behind. The room was clean and parking was no problem, the guards on the gate both day and night were very pleasant. The location was within walking distance to the beach 500 meters, the part of the beach where the monkeys can be seen belly flopping into the sea off small rocks. The main part of Hua Hin was a 15 minute drive with great markets and beach side restaurants, we stayed 3 nights , wish we had stayed longer , will 100% be going back.

I was staying at Baan Peang Ploen. The place is a bit difficult to find at te beginning 'cuz there's no sign telling us that this is first choice suites. The room is nice and spacious with fully equiped kitchen and a small corridor. Family Mart is just on the opposite side of the road and it opens 24/7. It's also not far from Khao Takieb, the beach and dozens of good local seafood restaurants!!

Nice and clean ”
A simple but nice and quiet condominium and the room itself was equipped with kitchen tools, fridge, and microwave. Suitable for two people. It makes me feel like I'm home. You can use the gym and swimming pool. The location is also very closed to Cicada market and a few famous seafood restaurants. The price is reasonable compared to most of overpriced hotels in Hua Hin. I would definitely go back to First Choice. :)
