Staff is very professional, friendly, attentioned and helpful. All the staff members were really great. Hotel location is very convenient, next door to the Royal palace, national museum and Wat Olanum. Few minutes away from night market and Wat Phnom. Really central location, very safe neighborhood and several shops and restaurants next to it. Breakfast was good and varied. Pool and rooftop are good as well with a beautiful view on the royal palace and the city especially at night. I definitely recommend it! And thank you to all the staff for your warm welcome and making our stay as a very good one.

A good hotel that is centrally located.”
We stayed in Frangipani Royal for two nights. This hotel is in a central location just across the street from The Royal Palace and Silver Palace. Also, it is up the block from the Sisowath Riverside and about 10 minutes walk to the night market. The staffs at Frangipani Royal were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome fruit drink and a damp towel to freshen up. The large comfortable room has up dated décor. The nice size bathroom was well lite. The beds and sheets were clean. We were on the third floor and it was quiet. The outdoor pool is on the top floor with a beautiful view of the Palaces and riverside. There is a 24-hour grocery store a few stores down from the hotel. There are many restaurants right outside of the hotel. I would have given this hotel 5 stars, but the air conditioner in the room did not work resulting discomfort during humid days/evenings. Definitely, I will return to this hotel if I am in Phnom Penh again.

Pros: all the attraction were close by, walking distance, clean & spacious rooms & bathroom, fast elevator, friendly staff, got upgraded, Nice breakfast area at level 8, nice pool area at top most floor, perfect view for sun rise, Cons: only 2 tiny soap was given, NO toothbrush & paste provided, pool water looked yellowish colour, we didn't swim, breakfast area was small, NO place to sit,food finished & took time to replenish, egg station long queue,

Wonderful stay at Frangipani”
Amazing location, view from the rooftop terrace and pool is incredible. Right in the middle of town with view over the royal palace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reception helped me sort issues with previous hotel bookings. The staff is extremely courteous and pleasant. Breakfast was varied and lots of options, very yummy taro and banana cakes espwcially. View over the city is great when having breakfast too. Kids loved this hotel as much as we did. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Value for money, very good location”
We arrived after 6 on the 1st day so the attractions were closed. No problem, we walked along the riverside (Sisowath Quay) all the way to the Phnom Penh Night Market which closes at 11. Good way to get our day's exercise. On the way back, we explored the outside of the Royal Palace. We also ate at the cafe right next to the hotel 2x. Cheap and good. And also at the Friends Cafe which is between the hotel and the National Museum. They serve really good fish amok and profit goes to charity (for needy students). We also bought last-min souvenirs from Mekong Arts. All within walking distance of the hotel. Buffet breakfast is ok. The traditional massage at the spa is so-so but I think the aromatherapy massage is much better. Based on the customer who just came out and wanted to get a bigger tip from her room for the spa therapist. And the front desk staff who said "why don't you do oil massage?" when we were booking the spa.

Great price when booking well in advance. Not like all the other places in PP that have just hiked their prices. Pool great. Breakfast good and varied...even for Khmers. Royal balcony suite great but standard double/twin rooms also good. Would stay here again.

Great place just near to the river ”
This is also a staff skills training hotel and is trying to be more environmentally friendly than a lot of other hotels. Beds are comfortable here !!! Not hard. We had fantastic views from 2 different rooms, also the rooftop pool and restaurant are very good. Very helpful staff who booked bus trips for us and rectified any problem we may have had during our stay there

Reception area bright and comfortable. Staff conscientious, professional and eager to do well - rooftop restaurant food excellent - our room overlooked the royal palace and river, so we could not ask for more. Some new sun loungers around the pool would have made it perfect!

Central location, the Best Western of Phnom Penh”
We visited Phnom Penh for a wedding and during the first leg of the journey, we stayed in an boutique hotel in another area of town. But we needed a place to stay 2 nights before flying out and ended up selecting this place, as our friends had stayed here during the celebration. Location can't be beat; it's a great place to easily grab a tuk-tuk and most drivers know its location. You can walk to several great souvenir places, including some locally-run silk shops. Great food is nearby, as are some markets and attractions. But it is a huge hotel and can get very noisy. Lot of foreigners come here and large groups. Walls are thin and you can hear people running and drunkenly speaking in the hallways. AC only goes down to 64 in bedroom and the common areas can get quite hot, including the fishbowl used for their breakfast (side note: amazing spread, albeit in a HOT room). Will you find better options? Maybe. It's a very Western hotel and I preferred the boutique hotel picked first.

Excellent location”
The hotel is right next to the Royal Palace. National Museum worth a visit and 40 m away. Went to the culture/dancing show at this one evening - excellent experience. Not much difference between the $15 and $25 so buy the cheaper and have a meal at the Lebanese restaurant diagonally opposite on road 13 with the difference. Tuc tuc driver 10 is often outside the hotel. He also has a good car and gave us excellent service. Go by car to S21, the Killing Fields and Russian Market - it would be a long hot, dusty day in a tuc tuc. Good view (Palace and rivers) from room 702. Breakfast was good without being outstanding - absolutely no complaints. We always ate out for dinner. When going to the Palce, beware of tuc tuc drivers telling you it is closed (e.g. because the King has just died) so you will go with them. Air conditioning was very good - including the low speed fan for night time. Only disappointment was the over the bath shower. However, it worked fine. Good staff.

Hotel with good location, service minded staff and a very nice pool area with free pool towels. It has a nice sky bar with good prices, especially during happy hour. Breakfast is great and have everything I want and the restaurant has a stunning view of the river. The rooms are spacious and well cleaned but we missed daylight in the rooms since outside the windows the next building was very close. The only negative I can say about this hotel is that most of the sunbeds are broken.

I am a frequent traveller to the Far East anc would recommend staying at this hotel . It has everything including a fantastic location . Thank you to all the staff for looking after us during are 5 day stay . I look forward to staying at your hotel again in June /July 22.
