I was searching for a villa in Da Nang for a marriage and filial piety trip, and while looking for a villa with good location, cleanliness, breakfast, service, and swimming pool, I found the Furama Villa to be the most authentic and appealing. Especially with the personal secretary service provided by a person named 'HO', I received a lot of help! During the trip, when I bought souvenirs and had difficulty moving, I sent a message to Ho and he helped me out. He also prepared a congratulatory cake for our wedding anniversary and was very kind, making it a special experience. The swimming pool, especially the La Gune pool, had a local feel and was the best. The cleanliness was also very neat, and they did a good job cleaning during our stay. The breakfast was also tasty, and the location was the best, so I was satisfied! Above all, the service with a personal secretary was the best! If you go, be sure to find the person in charge named 'HO'!

The hotel is fantastic and the rooms are spacious and clean they also have a very nice supervised beach. The food in the restaurants is delicious. There's one pool that a mate of trees so it's a bit colder than the pool that is close to the beach. Still both pools are great. Shout out to Than, very friendly staff member!

We loved our villa and the staff was amazing ”
Great grounds! The villa we stayed at (3 bedroom) was fantastic and huge. The housekeeping staff came everyday to change out the towels and help tidy. We did laundry service and it came back same night. The entire staff on sight were kind, friendly and very courteous. Our villa butler, Nhoung, helped answer so many questions and ensured we always got to where we needed to go. She was so attentive and made sure our daughter was comfortable. We would definitely come back and bring more friends to all join in the fun. Breakfast was “ok” for the price, but there was a lot to choose from.

I have enjoyed my stay at Furama with my family. They have prepared a cot for my baby and the room was very clean. Although the weather wasn’t great during our stay, we have enjoyed the restaurant and the bar.

I don't write reviews often, but I had to for this resort. First of all, It was beautiful and we loved the pools. Most of the staffs were nice and the room was clean and big. I was also surprised how it's surrounded by trees and plants and didn't have many bugs as expected. In addition, it is pretty close to the city so it is great if u plan on going to cities, restaurants, bars, etc. However, I did have a negative experience as well. My gf and I got a massage through the resort. We paid for 60 mins. But only received 50 mins of it. On top of that, when my gf fell asleep within 30 mins of the massage, her massage therapist didn't give her the same massage as the one I got. She went to the bathroom, used her phone, and only massaged her forehead for the rest. Even though we thought the massage itself was great, we couldn't be happy with what happened. Since they spoke no English, we left a complaint at the desk. They called us the same night and asked us to talk to the director of the spa the next day. We got another call the next morning and met with the director. She wanted to know what happened from the beginning and asked if they gave us a welcome drink, and no we didn't get that either. We explained the rest and she apologized. She offered us another massage session, but we had no time. So she waved one of the fees(that was 50% discount). We appreciate the immediate response and how they handled the issue. We stayed for 7 nights, and I think we will again :)
