I moved from Ohana Hotel to G Mekong Hotel since the former one was not as clean as I expected it to be. Upon arrival the entire staff was extraordinary helpful, friendly and worked hard to please every possible wish I could have. My room as on the 7th floor, right next to the swimming pool - which was serviced from around 7am to 9pm and always maintained in a very clean state. The hotel also offered a gym as well as a spa - which I highly recommend due to the professional standards. The breakfast is served in the restaurant on ground floor - they do offer a wide variety of different kind of national and international dishes, a serviced egg / omlette / noodle soup station that is always ready to serve freshly made dishes as well as high quality coffee as well as tea and hot chocolate. The only components I missed were cheese & ham and whole-wheat bread. Maybe that could be improved to offer an even better service next time. My room was very spacious, offered a kingsized bed, an office table, a flat screen, a bathroom, a wardrobe, and mostly I was stunned by the modern technology that is used to control everything within the room. I experienced twice a power shortage lasting for about 1-2 minutes, yet it did not influence my stay in any negative way. I personally will be coming back to this particular hotel the next time I visit Cambodia and am looking forward to be welcomed in such a high quality facility again.

Good location, Friendly staff, Clean hotel”
The staff who attended to us during check-in was very friendly, knowledgable, understand and speaks English well. She also gave us a free upgrade of room knowing that we want a non-smoking room. When we requested for things to bring to our room, the staff acts fast and quickly too. Room was big and clean with the exception of a mosquito in our room which resulted in my friend and i got bitten quite a few times. Suggest to put lemongrass freshener in the room if possible. Buffet breakfast was just right but could be better if the variety of food can change everyday. Location is close to many attractions. Just about 10mins away by Grab Tuk Tuk. Very convenient! However, upon our checkout, the hotel didn't return us our deposit and we also forgot about it until we arrive back in SG. Hope the management can contact us quickly on this matter.

Another wonderful stay, we returned to see my mother off, from The G Mekong - due to the wonderful & professional staff, alongside the convenient location - between the airport & centre of the city. We were able to order a beautiful take away breakfast for my mother & sister for their early morning flight. The staff kindly facilitated our request - before the kitchen was even open! The G Restaurant staff, waiters/servers & chef are talented. & a credit to a great establishment. Perfect location (away from the trashy riverside, clean and comfy room, nice breakfast buffet, swimming pool and a gym above, free bike rental, great service! Lunch menu is not the best, though. Also, glass walls in the bathroom are always a bit strange in my opinion, but because I was travelling solo, it didn't matter to me.

The room are large enough with all the amenities. Wifi is excellent. Staff is super helpfull. The rooftop pool and bar are not crowded. We stayed 5 nights and all the staff accomodated our every needs. My teen loved the high tech room. Thanks for the great stay !

The staff at G-Mekong Hotel are courteous and helpful. I also appreciate that they have a treadmill (the wide one; they also have a narrow one) in their gym, and this was able to keep me fit during my 22-day stay. Thanks to my bookings with Agoda, which were at good promotional prices.

This hotel is the best choice when you travel in Phnom Penh. The staff is so friendly and very good communication. It's closed to Orrussey Market, Central Market and many places to go. Everything is very nice and strongly recommend to stay.

Wonderful hotel even for 2nd visit”
This is my second stay at this hotel. Level of service, cleanliness and the touch screen controls as well as USB charging ports at the bedside table are all touches that made my stay a very comfortable one. Staffs are really polite and observant. My only small complaint is the breakfast menu which is kind of limited and repeated. And the only lift can be rather busy during peak hours. Other than that, this is still my preferred hotel to stay whenever I visit Phnom Penh.

Perfect little hotel. Its got a roof top bar, pool and exellent staff. Breakfast options were a bit odd. Lasagne and spaghetti bolognase a bit heavy first thing :)

This hotel represents great value for money and breakfast was very nice too.They have an egg station and a great selection of other types of food for breakfast also.I would stay here again if ever in phnom p.Also hotel staff are very sincere too.Only downside was asking for $200 usd deposit for our stay as we booked 2 rooms and after a little hastle it was reduced but a little annoyed it wasnt mentioned during our booking process with agoda
