We were very satisfied during our stay there, the place is very neat and clean, staffs were friendly and easy to talk to, especially when I asked for some directions the guard made sure I understood where to go to and even know how to speak Bisaya which I was pleased. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will surely recommend my friends about this hotel.

It was convenient that the hotel was near US embassy. We even decided to just walk from the embassy back to the hotel. Checking-in was seamless as the staff did well in accommodating our request to extend our stay. The sheets were comfy and clean. The AC was really cold which is good. Toilet has a bidet which is a plus. The staff are friendly and polite. We also didn’t have a hard time booking for a grab car since the hotel is easily accessible. We love that the hotel is also near Robinsons Manila so, you don’t have to go far if you shop or eat in fine restaurants. We also felt secured in our stay in the hotel. Their rates are economical but the quality of service they provide is not cheap. Overall, we’re very much satisfied with Go Hotels. Will for sure go back if we’ll be back in Manila.

It was value for money. I needed a place to stay coz I had to extend my stay in Manila for another day and this was perfect for me coz it was affordable. The staff were very accommodating as well. They were very nice. one thing I was kind of surprised is that the bathroom is quite small - shower is another separate small room from the toilet. I can't describe it well though but if u want to use the toilet after you shower, you have to go out and go to the adjacent room. Something like that. It did not bother me that much tho.

I did had a great time with go hotels ermita, it is near land marks or sites in manila such as the luneta park at intramuros… i just enjoyed walking around and it is near malls and restaurants…

This hotel suited our budget, although on check in the receptionist felt rude & unpleasant,the cleanliness of the room & location to Robinson mall, Cowboy Grill & Manila Bay walk were all in walking distance (without having to use cabs or Jeepney)there's also a great Arab Restaurant across the road with delicious food (but make sure you book a table early as it gets full very quickly in the evening)I rated this hotel 8/10.
