Impressive new and modern hotel”
We are a family of 5 in 3 rooms. Booked this hotel base on the good reviews. When we checked in we were not disappointed. The rooms were big and modern. Hotel looks new and in a good location. It is opposite Central World and next to Big C, the only 2 malls in Chiang Mai. Although it is not in the ce ta district night market area, it is only about 7 mins away. Taxis is cheap and moving area is easy. Room service and spa in the hotel is very reasonably priced. Only thing I like to mention with room for improvement are the following: 1. Hotel breakfast very little selection and food is bland and mostly cold; 2. Guests walking around at the buffet counter mostly unmasked. This is not very hygienic; 3. I was rather shocked to see the frying pan at egg counter. The non stick pan coating has mostly been scraped off. This pan needs to be thrown away as it is toxic cooking in this pan.

1. The room is really clean, the floor is very shiny. 2. The location is good, a shopping mall is right opposite the hotel, just cross the footbridge to shopping and food court. And there is a Big C supermarket next to the hotel, very convenient to buy snacks. 3. There is a spa in the 1st floor next to reception, the massage is good with reasonable price. After 1 day walking can relax here. 4. Breakfast not so much variety, but spread is enough and they have slightly changes on everyday menu.

This hotel is huge and one of the few 4-star hotels in Chiang Rai. Pros • A clean room with pleasant and helpful staff. • The hotel is well located near the main road in Chiang Rai and two shopping malls. • The breakfast buffet is tasty and diverse. • Large parking areas Cons • Unpredictable internet disconnection that requires a username and password every time, even though I click on "Remember Me." • Check-in is at 14:00, but for my room, delay check-in for 30 minutes. • A phone call rings every morning at 6 a.m. that I do not understand.

Stayed here for several days and I was impress with how they manage to keep the breakfast buffet rotation fresh everyday. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was great except a few item that could do with a little bit of renovation/more maintenance
