Good room, good neighbourhood, simple breakfast, front desk very helpful. One night was a little weird where the staff accidentally unlocked and open our room door. But all good. Pure unintentional mistake. If you plan to visit London, please be aware that Ilford located in zone 4 which you need to add additional +-3£ per person per day to your daily usage (£7) of Oyster card. Nevertheless it was worth it. Halal food is easily accessible at the neighbourhood.

have stayed here a few times now, staff are very accommodating, when i checked out i asked if i could leave my car in the car park for the rest of the day while i went into London, this was not a problem. the hotel is not luxury, if thats what you are looking for but is clean, rooms are a decent size, good shower with plenty of hot water, buffet breakfast is good and plentiful with a lot of choice. getting into London takes 45 minutes, a bus stop right outside the hotel with 3 stops to Gantshill underground on the central line, make sure you have an oyster card as the busses do not take cash. all things considered if you want a good price place to stay with easy access to London this is the place to stay, we will stay there every time we want to visit London.

My stay at Arinza Hotel London was so great. I had anticipated that I would have a shared bathroom (because that is what my reservation specified) and I did not expect anything too nice. When I arrived, I was greeted by the staff and they got me into the room promptly. They also helped me and my partner figure where to buy good food and he called over the phone to order the food so it would be ready when my partner and I arrived. Inside the room (double bed size), there was a nice clean bed, two blankets, four pillows, 2 large towels, 2 small towels, a clean modern bathroom with washing supplies and a shower cap, cable television, multiple lights, tea, a kettle, and a desk. The bathroom was not large, but there was no part of it that was uncomfortable or unreasonably sized. The shower was a stand up, single-person sized shower, no bath-tub. The bed was very firm, and I did not love how firm it was, but that is a personal preference. My partner enjoyed the firmness of the bed. It did not feel like an old mattress. Nothing in the room seemed old. I forgot to mention, the room is air conditioned which was really pleasant in the cold weather.

The staff were very good. Excellent. Good breakfast. Its just a few metres away from Ilford station. Its also near to shops, restaurants and mall. But takes 2 to 2.5 hours by taxi to Heathrow, Central London and Oxford. Taxi / Uber charges GBP60 to GBP80 per one way trip. The train would definitely be a cheaper and faster choice but be prepared to switch train at 3 places to reach central London. The hotel is nor air-conditioned (ask for a fan if its summer), no elevator so be prepared to bring up all your suitcases all by yourself as there is no concierge service available. The shower is small, don't close the door if you are claustrophobhic. Compared to Asian hotels, its just like a small budget hotel. In London, I thinks its good enough.

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the nearest train station. This is not so bad, but at night the streets are dimly lit and made me a little nervous walking past a group of guys drinking by the sidewalk. We always got back at night because it's a 45 minute tube/rail ride to get to and from central London. As for the hotel itself, it was fine. A Full English Breakfast buffet is provided every morning, despite what Agoda may say on the booking. It's nothing to go crazy over, but it's at least a step up from the typical continental fare. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The only real issue we had was we couldn't pick up a signal to connect to their WiFi. Overall, no major issues with the hotel. However, next time I would probably try to find a place that's closer to central London and closer to a tube/rail station.

The customer service was really amazing! Specially a lady Aurélie made the difference, she was always smiling and interacting with every guest and she was really polite and provided a nice customer service. The rooms where really nice and the guest bed was nice and comfortable, the pillows and duvet, and bed was really comfortable! The cleaning was done really nicely and was neat, nice clean towels everyday. Breakfast was included for us which was really good, everything was fresh and warm, there was a Ok variety but we were missing some essential thing for breakfast like cheese. But we were really impressed about the gluten free porridge and other items they had for those with gluten-intorellance and they had breakfast to go which was free and a big bonus! There was good parking facilities, and the location for us where good and not far from Stansted Aiport. Thanks for a nice experience.

I was in London for a convention down in the Excel centre and needed a place that was a better price. The closeness to Barking tube station which guaranteed me to get to the centre in 20 minutes was what sold it. The staff are friendly and very helpful and it was easy both checking in and checking out though if you have a fairly heavy suitcase they don't have a lift so just be careful going up the fairly narrow stairs. The room was comfortable and came with basics, though I would have liked my room to have some double glazing as you can hear everything from the main road in my room. Overall a nice little place to sleep relax and then go out and enjoy London with.

Excellent budget choice for London. Obviously if you are wanting luxury of swimming pool, fine food, business lounges etc then go book a Hilton , 4 Seasons or Crowne Plaza. Depends on your needs. If you were just looking for cost effective short stay for a clean room, relaxing bed, good shower etc then this is perfect. All for just £38 for the night. Room well stocked with coffee/tea, flat screen, storage, good shower, hair dryer. What is more free parking (I have often paid £8 to £20 other hotels alone) and free basic unlimited buffet breakfast with tasty bacon, sausages, toast, fresh coffee, cereals, juices, eggs, beans, cakes, etc.( often paid between £10 and £25 for breakfasts in London hotels - of course been better but this is still perfect for free). So obviously if wanting longer trip, special occasion then book a luxury hotel (and you will pay for it in London). This is a bargain for the price and can not complain for the price of what is included for London, UK !

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Prince Regent. Moments after arriving in my room, I was contacted by reception to check that everything was to my satisfaction. The bed was really comfortable and the curtains heavily lined which ensured that I didn't wake until my alarm call! The hotel is set in pleasant gardens and is within easy reach of Central London. All the staff I had dealings with were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others as I considered that it offered good value, quality accommodation.

Stop throwing your money elsewhere!! Choose Rosalee instead. Why? 1. Located in a small town nearby Ilford station. 2. Walking distance to mall & shops (think Primark). Halal restaurants everywhere. 3. Very friendly & professional staffs. 4. Spotless room & bathroom. Perfect 10! 5. Price includes breakfast (pay extra for English breakfast). 6. Cheapest, cleaness guesthouse you can get in London. 7. Daily room cleaning. Let them know if you want otherwise. 8. A 5-star service with a 1-star price! Will definitely return. Keep it up, team!

The reception staff especially the blonde lady who’s name I forget lol, are amazing so helpful and efficient. For a free breakfast it’s the best I’ve had and even provided me a take away box. The hotel is spotless and relaxing and just a 2 minute walk to the town centre which had every shop you’d need.. I was meant to stay 1 night I stayed for 3 instead.. good value for money I will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area .. would recommend this place to everyone

Brilliant! We were a bit worried that we'd made the wrong choice of hotel, despite its novelty, as it was a bit of a distance from central London...although easy enough on underground. On arrival the Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room wasn't huge but, even though neither of us are West Ham supporters, seeing the pitch/ground through the patio windows was amazing. And then when the doors actually opened and you could walk out on to the stands well.... Thankfully the hotel did a really great menu, that was very reasonable (same as normal restaurants/pubs) so we stayed in and enjoyed a relaxing meal and drink. The lady working the bar was just lovely and couldn't do enough for us. All in all a memorable stay.

Not great but not the very worst either. Room was passable with TV and tea making facilities. Carpet was very stained and filthy. Beds not very comfortable, mattress mis shaped and too soft. Bed bases broken and dirty. Shared bathroom was ok and clean. Walls were paper thin and could hear all our noisy neighbours conversations and his snoring! Overall it was ok as last resort but don't think I'd stay here through choice.

Veeve is an agent handling the owner's property with a front desk and engaged some "runner" to register our stay. Veeve staff do not have actual knowledge of the property nor the facilities. Their first response is always not able to help with issues on the facilities or storage of our luggage. Check in time is after 3pm and check out time is at 10am. Strictly no storage of luggage at the property before check in time and after check out time. They did not make clear that the concierge will not help us at the property and there will be no one from Veeve at the counter unless arranged at the specific time which they did not make it clear to us. Service is horrible. The staff would rather I write a bad review on the hotel than to take in my feedback directly. Very disappointed to get this kind of service for the price paid. Not worth it at all.
