Greater London North hotels & accommodations
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for only a night as we are only in London to see a show. I was looking for a cheap hotel near Zone 1 so that we don't need to travel long. I wasn't fussy about what hotel as long as we can get a cheap and clean accommodation. The hotel has surpassed all my expectations. The room was clean and comfy, shower was amazing, there was ...
North London hotel easy to reach with excellent road links north circular down the road
We chose this hotel because we were going to a graduation nearby and were driving from the north. It was well situated for the M1 & has parking. Nice rooms, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Would use it again
the stay at the hotel was great but we booked a second night with the hotel and it was cheaper than the nigth we booked thru the agent and it was with breakfast which was not included with the agents booking so next time we will book direct with the hotel
Lodge Drive Apartments were spacious and decor exactly as you see in the pictures. All equipment were state of the art, from automatic floor lights in the free car park, automatic lights in the apartment, kitchen equipment, washing machines that spins clothes completely dry to beautiful bathrooms. Every one of the staff were wonderfully helpful and really polite and f...
We stayed at this B&B for a three-day visit to London. It was a nice place about a third mile from an Underground station on the Picadilly Line and convenient to all London locations. Not a fancy neighborhood, but safe and comfortable, with shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Very comfortable lodgings at a great price and with a good breakfast and a friendly hostess...
Travelled to London after a 6 hour journey to be met by very nice receptionist. Check in very efficient and quick. Room was nice and clean. Met by loud noise though in the next room by a couple. " need I say more" . Stayed for 2 nights. Unfortunately I was up nearly all night due to drunks outside my window from 2 am till 8 am. Saw no security to move them on. ...
We arrived half an hour after the suggested check in time. No one there to greet us. When someone did come he had a heavy foreign accent which was difficult to understand. The apartment was still being cleaned despite the previous occupant having to check out prior to 11. We were shown into the parking area which was a court yard behind the building and not a car park....
needed a hotel in this location as visiting a relative nearby who unfortunately didn't have room to put us up. apparently this is a reasonably priced hotel for london but it was very basic. no hangers in wardrobe! no shelf or table by sink (awkwardly positioned in corner of room) to put toiletries on whilst washing. no glass/plastic cup for drink of water. no tea ...
My girlfriend and I turned up in the morning after a long night out in London and were offered an early check in. The French guy was very well mannered and done everything he could to help our needs. We have stayed here a few times in the past and have never had any trouble ordering a drink at the bar, however the guy working the next night shift was trying to refuse t...
Good but could be improved. Hard to find entrance a night. A welcome food pack with long life or powdered milk would be appreciated. No soap in bathroom. Sink water wouldn't work. Bedside clock/radio wouldn't plug in. Heated towel rail wouldn't work. Direct dial wouldn't work to report problems an none in the office either. Having said all that I wold consider it next ...
Great value hotel for an overnight stay
we stayed here as it was local to a family wedding we were attending, good food, friendly staff. no towels in room when we arrived. waited 40 minutes for towels to be brought to room in the end went to reception for them. Only one night worker on reception in such a large Hotel..?? everything was good as expected. staff in restaurant were kind and friendly despite bee...

the hotel was well situated as i drove to london and meant i did not have to drive into central london as the hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the nearest tube station at brent cross.which was very handy as the olypics were on during my stay.the room was spacious and well equipped.the huge shopping centre of brent cross was a short walk from the hotel providing man...
The hotel is a bus and train from London but we quite liked the area and there is a Sainsbury's next door. The hotel is comfortable and well appointed for the price.
Was extremely disappointed when I had to pay an extra £20 to get my room at 12:30 pm when i actually requested it when I booked the room. Was even more disappointed when there was no hot water in the room the next day and had to wait about an hour to finally go on the trip to the room around the corner to showered. The staffs is polite and the hotel is very clean. But ...
this b&b was a very good accomadation for our london trip: not in the center of london (20-40 mins by tube to the centre of london), but we got to know a not so tourisitc part of london, diffrent types of breakfast to choose (also enough vegetarian food), nice beds and bathroom;
Visited London for three times and best hoyel I ever stayed in London with a reasonable price. Also it has a kitchen so that we wer able to cook and feed our kids. Very new facility and helpful staffs.
I have stayed here a few times over the years when my family has visited me in Chingford or when I've come back to visit. I often choose this hotel because it's in the middle of Chingford and their prices are pretty decent. Most of the staff are very nice and welcoming, though there are a couple of them who are snappy and seem very uninterested. As one would expect t...
It was an overnight stay for a course the following day
A very nice hotel, clean and very helpfull staff. The bar resturant was good with a nice menu selection. Not too pricey. The room was a nice size with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel in this price range. Good selection of wines and descriptions. I chose this location as it was close to my son's house. Tube is close and in 30 min you would be in the centre . I was fully satisfied - cannot complain about anything. Room spacious clean and comfortable - even has an airconditioner when weather is warm.Would recommend to any one who wants to be in a quiet area yet a short trip to the centre. Very efficient free wifi...
Close to public transport and about 1/2 train ride to central London. Considering the ridiculously high prices of UK, this hotel offered reasonable value. Manager was very pleasant and always tried to please.. good feeling from staying in the hotel.
We arrived late in the evening and were greeted with a very friendly smile and lots of assistance, which was repeated continuously during our 10 day stay. The surroundings are delightful, an oasis of calm in the midst of suburbia. The room, although on the smallish side, which is to be expected in European hotels, was nicely furnished and had a fridge as well as a ver...
Nice, clean, newly refurbished rooms above a nice pub. Comfortable bed with clean bathroom. A bit of noise from a Saturday downstairs but obviously expected and room is sound-proofed. Easy check in and out. Would recommend.
Bed was too small with plastic sheets, bathroom was tiny
Toilet and kitchen utensils are not that clean. The spring bed isn't comfortable. I can feel the poking spring my back and it's noisy when i turn.

It’s basic accomodation, I took the single with shared toilet and bath, but it was completely fine for a week. For the money I was happy. Great area, felt safe, and was 30 mins straight into west end. Northern Line is fab for getting you everywhere in central London.
