we stayed their for 6 days with our 7yo son. everything was clean and their service was fast. internet was down on the first day but was okay the ff days. just a heads up though that theres no ref, water heater for coffee, tolietries, pool. there's bath towel, tissue paper, bottled water, tv and hangers for clothes. But 7,11 was just downstairs so we didnt have any problem whenever we got hungry and we asked for hot water for noodles and coffee from them when we need to. there's also a parking space-first come, first serve basis. elevator was clean and their service was fast. all their employees are accomodating and they can be contacted 24/7 on viber. what we love most is their bed - we had a goodnight sleep! thank you!!!!

We stayed here overnight. The room is neat and tidy. Staff are all accommodating and friendly. Nearby Korea Town. But there were no toiletries included like toothbrush and toothpaste so bring your own. Thumbs up because there's water heater!

Good budget hotel if you want somewhere to sleep that is very clean and not very expensive. They also have good aircon and good WiFi. Every staff member always greet us and are all very helpful. This stay was perfect for us expecially on our budget 😊👍😊👍😊

Yeah its a nice little gem for an affordable price in the Ermita-Malate zone, a few minutes from Robinsons away. In the past I tried out more than 10hotels there and this is by far the one I liked most.

We extended our stay because we loved the service and we were too tired to go home. There's water heater so it's a thumbs up! No toothbrush and toothpaste so bring your own. Room is neat and tidy. Great view as well!

Highly recommended!!! Very affordable!! The staffs are very accommodating. Sobrang linis ng room. Malakas and malinis yung tubig. Even the bathroom sobrang linis. Super sulit yung bayad. Bonus na yung sobrang bango ng bath soap nila sa dispenser. ❤️ We’ll definitely come back again 😇

Once I month I go staycation and hop inn was a great choice. Location, cleanliness and staff were great. Few improvements needed on the shower, and the location of the Aircon as well on SR 911. All in all a great experience. A few times you will hear noise outside area is within the red light district or bars.

Stayed for quarantine ”
The room was clean and the toilet too. I was there for a 7 days quarantine so I couldn't go out from the room. For your security, the staff will not come to clean your room or change your towel and sheet bed. The food, not including with the price of the room, was delivery infront of the door at 5.30 for the breakfast, 10h30-11 for the lunch and around 5 pm for the dinner. For my opinion, the food was good.
