Hotel bersih. Bilik luas dan selesa. Tandas berfungsi dengan baik. Cuma parking agak terhad. Kalau sesiapa pulang ke hotel lewat malam, parking di belakang hotel akan full. Jadi terpaksa parking di tepi jalan raya. Agak merbahaya. Overall, I give 4.5.
Alhamdulillah Sangat2x happy n b’puas hati. hotel yg berdekatan dgn pusat bandar dan tempat yg sgt starategik.ada ruang khas utk parking kereta. bilik sangat selesa, bersih dan cantik. ada icebox ada peti besi. paling best ada balkoni boleh tgk view luar . Good location and value for money. Just that the bed and pillow too soft and a bit of smell. So far everything ok
place near to jonker street about 700m away if you want to drive just 5 mins to parking lot. but during midnight, street abit noisy because some bikes/cars speeding, and room doesn’t have a good sound proof. if you are easily dead sleep, haha, maybe you can pick this hotel.

Value for money and spacious room for 3. Cleaniness is great and so its the staff. The area is quiet at night and might look deserted but its nearby many eateries and bustling in the day time. Only come here if you have your own transport or planning to use Grab. 10-15 min drive to Jonker Walk.
I recently stayed at Hotel Arissa during a short getaway to Melaka, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located—just about a 10 to 15-minute walk to Jonker Street, making it easy to explore the city's heart without needing a car (though having one would be more convenient for certain spots). The room was clean, spacious, and modern-looking, which was a nice surprise for the price point. The air-conditioning worked well, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection and the availability of free parking—a plus for travelers driving in. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. That said, the hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, so bring your toiletries. The area around the hotel is generally quiet, but there’s not much to do immediately nearby, so it’s best as a base if you plan to head into the city for sightseeing.

I book during raya stay. Value for money, cleanliness is acceptable, staff is super frenly. I wish they have better spot for sharing iron locations. Its near the lift. I dun feel comfortable iron my clothes whille ppl are waiting infront of life. Iykyk. And i wish they have a place to hang baju at iron place. Bring ur own iron if possible.
Central location and easy access to town, short stay during festive holidays. Basically it's clean and comfortable. But if expect too much, it's lack of facilities for business activity

Overall, it was quite good. The location is convenient, making it easy to go anywhere. The parking spaces are neither too many nor too few, and it would have been better if they were sheltered from the rain. However, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing. The price is reasonable, but there was some confusion with the payment process. When I first booked three rooms, they didn't charge my credit card, and we were asked to pay at the front desk, the price qiute high than using credit card. After inquiring, I found out that the credit card was only used for the reservation. However, when I booked a room the second time, they charged my card. So, I'm still not sure whether the credit card can be used for payment or just for the reservation."I hope they can improve the payment process in the future." Thank you.

The location is great. Walking distance to joker street. The Room is clean and comfortable, but the room facing a main road, there's a bit noisy at night time and early morning.
The hotel so clean & the staff very friendly, so easy to go anywhere & easy to find this hotel. My young child very enjoyed stay here.
We had a very pleasant stay in Hotel Arissa. The hotel & rooms are very clean & tidy. Lift & free car park available. No awful smell in the room, trendy and cozy design. Peaceful environment at night, good for light sleepers. A local bank HLBB is just next to the hotel. ATM available. 5 minutes walking to Convenient shop 99 speedmart, cafe, dimsum restaurant and famous satay celup. Great location and value for money. Highly recommended !

Strategic located nearby attractive tourist places. Beautiful clean room. Fast friendly service. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended for all coming to visit Malacca 😊.
TV in room 202 need serious repair.. Not in full working condition. Please provide much better channels for viewing. Or change to smart TV so that we can access to YouTube

Room a bit dim but overall is fine for me
The fridge got the sound through out the night which affect our sleep, and also the tv channel super limited which not much choice for us, the rest is pretty ok
All good except the hotel does not provide face towels at all, which seems odd. The towels provided by hotel are very old, almost off grey colors. We feel the hotel management should change the whole set of towels provided to guests, as part of cleanliness review.
The hotel is simple, clean room, nice view and suburb staff. It's location is also fantastic. Near Jonker and have good makan places all within walking distance. Suitable for individual traveller and family with children.
The bed mattress I can feel the spring. The bed mattress start to sink and is not comfortable. Hotel need to change their mattresses to a new one. Overall is clean and tidy.

The room's a bit small, but fine for two adults and a kid. The water park's great for tiring the little ones out. Two days, one night's perfect for a quick family getaway.

Decent budget option for those last minute situations where you just need a no frills place for the night. Reasonably well maintained and clean.
Perfect staying at arissa hotel 🛏️. Cleanliness tip top..floor and bathroom well clean. Bed are clean. Only pillow need to improve because too soft to sleep and feel uncomfortable. Definitely will come back to stay.
Came through Hotel Arissa when browsing the hotel list for my Melaka Trip. Overall the staffs are friendly and ready to help. The room is clean and cozy. But they could improve in terms of selection of TV Channels as the choices are somewhat limited. The rest are exceptional.
