Luxurious Stay without the Price Tag”

We were all in awe when we got to this hacienda!! The photos looks exactly the same and even more gorgeous in person! I cannot find fault it is just that there was a very small clog in our shower but my daughter easily was able to unclog it, so no issue at all. Our stay is not just perfect 10, it's 11! I wanted to cry when we're about to leave. Every staff in this hacienda is so gracious and warm. I highly recommend and will go over and over again if I could.

I’d suggest going somewhere else ”

Honestly, this wasn’t a great experience. I had to call the reception 3 times to figure out why the water wasn’t warming up at all. My attempts failed and I had to walk all the way to the reception and talk to them in person. It took the team over an hour to solve a problem. Listen, I can understand Wi-Fi problems, jacuzzi turmoils and all, but a warm shower it a must… also, there are some unpleasant smells around the property, but people have mentioned it here. The continental breakfast is straight up bad. I will not come back nor recommend this to a friend.
