In-room, there’s no coffee maker or even coffee packets, which felt like a surprising omission for this level of hotel. Rooms are simple but clean, and the separate shower and toilet layout is very convenient. One bonus: it’s super easy to connect an iPhone to the TV, which was great for streaming. Just note that the Wi-Fi is a bit spotty—it worked, but not always consistently. Housekeeping was late once, but the staff followed through. Daily service was solid otherwise. The location is excellent—steps from Sapporo Station, with multiple combinis, Sapporo Tower, and big shopping like Uniqlo and GU all within walking distance. Great value, especially for couples or solo travelers. Families may find the amenities a bit lacking.

Location was great, only a few mins away from sapporo main station. We booked the comfort double room and amenities were very basic. They only had a foldable chair which wasn’t very comfortable. The room itself was clean and spacious. We could easily open 2 big luggages at the same time! They had a coffee machine available 24/7 and a wine dispenser wherein you can get free wine once during your whole stay. Seems like you could purchase more if you want more. You could only drink the wine in the wine glass in the lobby. If you want to drink it in your room, you would have to put it in a paper cup instead. Check-in and checkout was quick and easy. Although upon check-out I noticed that they didn’t have any luggage scale or maybe we just didn’t notice it. Seems like something most hotels have in their lobby. They also allowed us to store our luggage upon check-out. Overall a great experience with this hotel. We would definitely be booking here again during our next stay here in Sapporo

Loved the hotel. The staff and young man that helped us with the self check-in were super awesome in getting our group set up with our rooms. The breakfast buffet had various foods that highlighted the Hokkaido area. It was tasty and our group enjoyed it. The hotel rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable and we could not hear the neighbors! Made for a wonderful night of sleep. Also, the shower in the bathroom was amazing! For us, only a few things would have made the stay better. We needed somewhere to place our clothes after bathing, like a hook for easier access. Also, there was really nowhere for luggage to go. If traveling light it’s perfect. If not, it takes a bit to figure out. But to us was still a great experience.

The reason why I chose this hotel was because of the bathroom set up where the shower&bath, toilet and wash basin are all separated from each other so it does not become messy and floors don’t get wet after showers. It was also nice that the room windows can be opened so I occasionally opened it when the room started to warm up from the heating and also to occasionally extend my hand out to enjoy the snowfall. There is free coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby and also a serving of wine. Bath salts and other toiletries are also available at the lobby. The room is just a bit small but enough to accommodate 1 large and 1 medium suitcase. Make sure to have your room cleaned before 10am since cleaners are not available at night. Would recommend this to 1st time visitors.
