Location, free water, tv

This was the cheapest place we could find in la paz so were pleasantly surprised. Though not modern, hotel and room were clean. Excellent location only a few blocks back from the sea and strip with bars and restaraunts. No english spoken at all. Free cold water from dispenser. Room large. Internet and tv with some english channels.
