A delightful, warm hotel of international standard, with a true Mexican ambiance and hospitality. I also appreciated the in-house restaurant, with its extensive menu and very reasonable prices. I plan to return when I next visit Guadalajara!

Loved everything about the hotel..comfortable bedding , bathroom ,coffee pot air-conditioned was perfect internet was strong and reliable,staff was beyond perfect ,room was absolutely beautiful elegant furnishings ,very clean lines in decorating soothing atmosphere and vibes here , artwork was beautiful, restaurant was good on premises, clean clean clean,had very secure car park under the hotel staff was very observant of who was entering and if service was needed ..exercise equipment on top floor ,my favorite hotel ..keep coming back ..you will too.

You can pay alloy more and get less. I have stayed in many of the nicer hotels in Guadalajara centro. Park your car and there is plenty to do, see and eat within an easy walk.

Nice location and clean rooms”
The hotel is located in the centre of the city which can be a slightly dodgy location at night. Otherwise it's fine during the day and apparently the security is not bad either. It's within walking distance to most things in the centre. The room was clean and tidy, with daily supply of bottled water. The hotel looks recently renovated. They offer 24 hour room service with the restaurant closing at midnight. The food is okay and can be too salty sometimes. The bar is nice with an open area. Very helpful staff who offered options of day tours to Tequila, Lake Chapala etc. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying. Good value for money.

Wifi speed ruined my stay”
1 Mbps is not an acceptable speed for any hotel, nowadays, especially a hotel like this in the 2nd biggest city in Mexico. This speed was throughout the hotel Despite my multiple requests, management did nothing to fix it and said it was normal. Sorry, but that's just not acceptable and not how guests should be treated.

One of the Top hotels”
Great hotel in the Centro area. I've stayed in many of them during my time in GDL. This hotel is even better than the Doubletree- rooms are bigger and less expensive. Only downside is the noise of furniture being moved from room above me and room beside me. Every day it sounded like they were setting up for an event in the hotel room. Also, the windows to the outside didn't open. Some rooms the windows open and some the handles are just gone. As a tip stay in the room away from the Housekeeping closet unless you want to hear housekeepers all day. And avoid the rooms below the gym unless you want to hear weights from excercise machines.

This hotel is an absolute gem in the middle of Guadalajara. Location is excellent. Staff were great. Rooms are modern and very comfortable. The gym was a great bonus. Highly recommended.

They had an issue with some rooms, so tried to move us to a hotel 20 mins away. ”
We didn’t get the room we requested, poor communication & no compensation for causing us grief at check in. They only provide 1 complimentary coffee service in room, after that you have to pay.
