Clean hotel, good decoration, good service staff, breakfast set with 2 options, delicious taste, drinks available all day, with a tea and coffee vending machine available 24 hours. There is a common area on the lower floor, with separate male and female rooms, not too big, crowded at night with many people. The accommodation is clean, the rooms are small but not cramped, the bathroom equipment is complete, and the view from the room is beautiful. Convenient transportation, exit 1 from the train station, with a lift, cross the road straight to the hotel, located in the alley on the right hand side behind the ibis hotel, with a mini mart nearby. The snowfall is very beautiful, and the water in the canal next to it is frozen. It is not far from tourist attractions. Highly recommend staying here.

I didn't have high expectations since I was able to book it cheaply, but it turned out to be a very good hotel. When I checked in, my parking reservation didn't go through, but the woman at the front desk quickly secured a spot in the hotel's first floor parking lot, which was convenient and helpful. The room was spacious enough and clean. It was a hotel located in a quiet environment. From check-in until 10 pm (?), I thought the free services such as coffee, soft serve ice cream, bread, soup, juice, etc. were very good. Especially the bread, when it ran out, the woman replenished it with freshly baked ones, there were many types, and they were very delicious. The soft serve ice cream that you operate yourself was also delicious. The 500 yen breakfast didn't have rice, but I was satisfied with the many bread and vegetable salad that I received. It was a hotel that I would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

Close to Nakajima Koen Station, airport bus stop, and convenience stores. The breakfast buffet at the cafe on the first floor is excellent. The cafe serves homemade bread in the afternoon, and it's all-you-can-eat until it runs out. You can also enjoy rich soft serve ice cream and make parfaits. Alcoholic drinks, including draft beer, are all-you-can-drink for 1,000 yen per hour. I want to try matcha, milk, walnuts, black tea, sesame, and more. There is no coffee at the drink bar except during breakfast, only instant coffee from a vending machine. The baths in the large public bath are for men and women at different times, but it's nice that they provide a free bottle of lactic acid bacteria drink and amenities such as shampoo and hair products that you can choose from in the lobby. The manga corner is also a good way to pass the time. Overall, it's a great value for money and I really liked it.

The hotel is only 5min walk from Nakajimakoen station, walkable distance to susukino, there is halal food nearby. Room is vey clean and comfortable bed. Amenities can be taken in front of receptionist. Unlimited pastries and drink available until 10pm. Staff very polite and kind, he helped me order a taxi to sapporo station. I will definitely stay here again next time i come to Sapporo!

The rooms were a lot smaller than expected. However, they were very clean and well maintained. The staff members were exceptionally kind and did their best to accommodate my needs. The only thing I'd change is their system. I specifically requested a non-smoking room but the system made an error and assigned a smoking room. This made it very difficult to sleep on my first night. But the attendants were able to change my room the following day. Oh, and the breakfast was very cheap (only 500 yen for guests). So, if you're trying to save money on food, I'd say it's a great deal. Overall, my stay at Hotel Relief Susukino was awesome!
