Location was great. Ocean Park is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The Luneta Park and restaurants are much nearer. Robinson's is also near. Room was very clean and comfortable. Our toddler loved it. Food was ok... it's not something to die for, but it was ok nevertheless. Service is great. Staff were attentive and quick to respond to your requests/needs. Nobody's in a bad mood. The huge plus, which we are very thankful for, is the fact that the staff at the restaurant were gracious enough to cook our toddler's food from the microwave. That was a life saver. By the way, they did this with a smile and free of charge.

The staff's quality of service is like that of a 5-star hotel. All of them are very accomodating and very kind to requests. The room is okay. The breakfast is ala carte but the taste is good/satisfactory. I was a solo traveler and my room has 2 breakfast, I was offered to take the 2 or take the other meal as lunch which was favorable for me. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, however they offer service water that can be taken to your room. The hotel's location is very near robinson's mall. Overall, it was worth it.

We recently stayed at Oasis Park Hotel twice for a total of 7 nights. I have to say our experience varied based on the 2 rooms we stayed in. After a grueling 17- hour flight, we arrived at the hotel before noon. We received a very friendly welcome from the staff and were promptly shown to our room. We first stayed at room # 314. Although it was a little cramped, it was nicely furnished with a flat screen TV, A/C, small fridge, clean bathroom with plenty of hot water and a nice view of Paco Park. The one drawback was the lack of WIFI signal in the room; we had to go to the main lobby to use our computer. On our second visit, we stayed at room #215 - it was a much bigger room with a separate sitting area and a nice view of Paco Park. The room was also close enough to the main lobby that it got a pretty strong WIFI signal. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. The food at the popular restaurant was very good, if a bit overpriced. The location of the hotel seemed a bit dodgy, although we felt safe walking to and from Robinson's shopping mall (about 10-15 mins away) even at night. A better option is to take a cab which are cheap and easy to find almost everywhere. One advise: when getting a cab from the hotel, be sure to ask the front door concierge for a metered cab. On our trip from Manila to Bohol, we were in a hurry to catch a domestic flight at the airport. We made the mistake of getting into a cab that the hotel called for us without insisting that the driver use the meter. The driver charged us a "fixed rate" of 350.00 pesos. On our return trip from the airport back to the hotel, we rode a metered cab and paid 200.00 pesos (including tip). I would highly recommend Oasis Paco Park hotel to anyone staying near Ermita. Customer service is top notch. The rooms are nicely furnished and spotless (although some of the rooms are definitely nicer than the others).

I am recommeding this hotel because it is clean, the foods are good and tasty, staffs are also accommodating and kind, few steps away from Robinsons mall, and quiet at night. The only thing that can be improve is the parking. One security is asking for a slip which was not given by reception, and reception asked for a slip from security which was not provided by parking security. Make sure you ask the process clearly to the parking security and ask the name of the security personnel, and if you can video and record it, its better. So u wont need to go back and forth to the reception and parking.

We decided to stay at this hotel because of its excellent reviews and its affordable rates. Although the hotel is small just 6 floors, the rooms we stayed in are very spacious. Big king bed, big bathroom, big windows! Although they dont have swimming pool, they have big bath tub. My son didnt want to leave the tub and my mom also enjoyed her beauty dip. The location is the best, just across roxas blvd is the museong pambata. walk towards the quirino grand stand and you'll be in manila ocean park. Across the kalaw st is the Luneta Park starting at Rizal monument. Then few minutes walk going to the national museums. Fastfood and restaurants are near the hotel and you wont have problem looking for a place to eat. The staff are friendly, acccommodating, and curteous. They let us leave our baggages since we arrived early and they allowed us to check out late. They also gave us two adjacent rooms as requested. As mentioned, the rates are very affordable. We booked 2 rooms here at Luneta Hotel at a price of 1 room in other hotels. Overall, the experience is really nice and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

Me, my partner and our son really enjoyed our stay at The Pearl Manila Hotel. We even extended our stay for another night because we really enjoyed staying there! Quiet, peaceful, Less people. It's just so nice :) There's also a lot of nice locations you can visit nearby. Bar at night, Luneta Park, Manila Ocean Park, Malls, Casino and more! We will really go back there soon!! Highly Recommended! thumbs up!

For anyone having there doubts about where’s a good hotel you need to look no further I stayed here 4 times n will continue coming to this hotel .For one thing they have a elevator to where others you have to walk up a flight of stairs n he rooms are nice n clean you get free breakfast n let me tell you it’s out of this world great .The staff very friendly n your 2 blocks away from the SM Mall to .of course there’s free WiFi n they have a computer in the lobby you can use to .belive me when I tell you this have stayed in a lot of hotels n there have been some I called The Hotel From Hell cause looking at the place online was nice but getting there n finally seeing the room omg what a dump So don’t even think about The Manila Hotel that place is filthy So I recommended if you want a hotel n friendly staff Silver Springs is the best it’s a 10 plus hotel n I’ll book there anytime I go to Manila

We ended here by accident because our booked hotel appeared to have closed down (which we found on arrival :-) - Agoda paid us back the money without hesitation, great experience!). The walk-in rates at the reception were higher than here on Agoda, so we booked online through mobile phone at the reception. The location is very convenient, near shops, Rizal park, baywalk in walking distance. Everything was fine, but the receptionist was not very willing to help us with finding a transportation way to the pier (we used Uber in the end and it worked very well).

Stayed here for a leisure stay with fam. Glad to have found this hotel coz it is just walking distance from Museo Pambata and Luneta Park. The kids enjoyed the tub and this has kept them busy when we don't have outdoor activities. Cleanliness is superb. Buffet breakfast is ok. Special recognition to the staff who allowed us to check in earlier than allowed time. It was a big help since we're really tired from walking around Luneta and morning tour at Museo. It's also very near Robinson's Mall and other dining areas. All in all we had a superb stay in this place.

Main advantage of the hotel is that it's new with modern design, hence everything works and is clean. I'm not quite sure how will the design suitable for homes sustain in place like this hotel for few years (e.g. shower door leading to the room when sealing around the glass doors wears off or elevated sink with tight spaces around). Yellow and green colors are annoying and look cheap, but it's part of branding so not much to be said. Overall pleasant stay in the hotel, but no breakfast option. Hotel beds are comfortable, tv works. Not much storage space for clothing in the room, but in-room safe is definitely a plus. Separate toilet with sink and shower (but be prepared, that hotel gives you only one soap bar to share in both). Another unpleasant surprise is that hotel charges for storage of luggage after check-out. They have on-site laundry and massage services, which are quite overprices compared to options just few steps outside of hotel door.

I liked this hotel and for a three star it is up there with the best. Our room was large and clean. The bathroom was ok, everything worked, and the hot water was HOT! Always a bonus. The restaurant was great having a not only a standard "global" menu but a very nice Italian menu too. I don't normally eat "in" at any hotel I/we stay at but this was to good to pass up, excellent food, at a very reasonable price. One of the few hotels worldwide that I've ever said this about. Will I stay again......sure will :-) On the downside my tv was well past its use by date, an old boxy set with poor pic and sound, also to small for the room. But who goes on holiday to watch tv? The set breakfast wasn't up to much either, not much at all. I would rather pay less for the room and eat out or even be given a voucher in lieu of have the set breakfast and putting it towards a very nice meal in their excellent restaurant in the evening. This is also only the second hotel I have ever stayed in that has direct access to a casino. I don't gamble myself but I'm sure that this feature would appeal to some.

the hotel is an old building but has great historical value. located near the us embassy, walking distance to malls, lots restaurants around the hotel. also walking distance to the luneta park, etc. it is also near the nightlife areas. very accessible to public transportation. the hotel however requires a cash deposit where they simply deduct items taken from the ref in the room (bottled water, beer, canned soft drinks, chips, etc), but deposit is returned upon check out. very spacious room, very clean and also bathroom has a bathtub with hot and cold water. classy hotel which is worth you money. lots of foreigners in the area.

The hotel is newly renovated, rooms clean and freshly painted. The room where i stayed is good for 3 with a half wall division for privacy between beds but it doesn't really feel cramped inside. The comfort room is spacious with hot and cold shower. With the budget price, it's good for a group of backpackers or family with children. The hotel's location is very strategic and convenient if you have some business to do with Manila government offices like the city hall.It's also a few minutes walk to Luneta Park and Intramuros, plus it's right in front of SM City Manila for shopping and dining needs.

We booked a family room, and because we were 6, m hotel add another room for free for 2 nights.. Thanks so much we enjoyed the comfortable and soft bed.. US embassy is just so near for 2 minutes walk, ermita shrine, jolibee and mang inasal are just steps away. We spent the whole afternoon at manila ocean park, and passed at jose rizals monument..all are in walking distance..
