"My family and I enjoyed our overnight stay. We booked our accommodation via agoda. It came with free breakfast. It was not just an ordinary breakfast but a buffet so eat all you can. The staff in general is very courteous, and accommodating. The location is near to major tourist spots, walking distance, e.g. manila ocean park, luneta part, national museums. ... Fast Internet!!!"

"if want somewhere near the us embassy or immigration, this is one of the best hotels i've stayed its not only the hotel rooms but the staff were so accommodating your needs friendly and as well you can ask simple help from this hotel, not only that me and my hubby were just enjoying it here caused it was just walking distance from robinsons mall and aside from it although its far from my project site but it was near to our follow ups at the immigration, the buffet breakfast was satisfying and the food was scrumptious indeed if have good taste yes it was real fine dining in this hotel. soon we will be booking here again caused its one of the best we had and one of the nicest thing was staff was accommodating to all of their guest. couple on a break "

"My wife and I stayed here because we had to go to the US Embassy. The fancy "Bay" hotels were way beyond what we intended to pay for one night.When I came across Time Travelers' Hotel on the internet I rolled the dice and booked. The price was right, the location was a walk away from the Embassy, and it turned-out to be a wonderful choice. The only down-side was the total lack of channel-selection on the TV. Some mish-mash of local programming gleaned from the internet. All else was good. As a bonus, there were a lot of local shops and restaurants immediately available that served quality food."

"Ermital is a weird place. It feels like a local neighborhood, and is obviously very poor. There is some modern development consisting of condos and the Robinsons shopping mall complex. Due to it's location near Manila's tourist attractions, Ermita has many budget guesthouses. These guesthouses are cheap, but they are not nice. They are small, old, and dirty. If you have a little more to spend, the new Red Planet is a clean, modern refuge in the weirdness of Ermita. The room is small, but that's to be expected in Manila. Despite the small size, the room is sparking clean and modern, and has a huge bed. The AC is strong. The bathroom has a shower stall. The staff is helpful and booked a taxi to the airport for me. Negatives are that due to the small size, there are not many surfaces to put your stuff on. There are no hand towels in the bathroom. And the AC is surprisingly bright, and illuminates the otherwise dark room at night. Despite the minor negatives, I had a nice stay at Red Pl"

"This hotel I've stayed at twice. It was excellent both times. The staff is extremely helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is just a short walk from Robinson's Mall (a bonus). Anything that needed attention was addressed by the staff immediately. There was one hiccup with the food/restaurant Mgr., over some drinks, but it was worked out to my satisfaction. I have to note that there was a glitch in my return flight ticket and was unfortunately delayed. The Manila Lotus hotel manager: Melba Florentino went completely out of her way and totally out of her general duties to accommodate me and make sure I was safe, secure, and had a place to stay. She did this on her own time and through her own personal connections. Truly above and beyond her regular duties. I couldn't thank her enough and for this reason alone I will never stay at any other hotel. You won't do better than the Manila Lotus hotel. Save yourself the trouble and just stay there."

"Main advantage of the hotel is that it's new with modern design, hence everything works and is clean. I'm not quite sure how will the design suitable for homes sustain in place like this hotel for few years (e.g. shower door leading to the room when sealing around the glass doors wears off or elevated sink with tight spaces around). Yellow and green colors are annoying and look cheap, but it's part of branding so not much to be said. Overall pleasant stay in the hotel, but no breakfast option. Hotel beds are comfortable, tv works. Not much storage space for clothing in the room, but in-room safe is definitely a plus. Separate toilet with sink and shower (but be prepared, that hotel gives you only one soap bar to share in both). Another unpleasant surprise is that hotel charges for storage of luggage after check-out. They have on-site laundry and massage services, which are quite overprices compared to options just few steps outside of hotel door."
