Hotels near Rizal Park

Friendly staff, lobby and hallway is pretty, clean room. What I like most about Bayview Park Hotel is the location. Its in the heart of Manila, close to a lot of tourists spots like Manila Ocean Park, Rizal Park, Intramuros, Baywalk. One ride away from Chinatown in Ongpin, SM Mall of Asia etc. Room is not too big and not too small. I would suggest a bidet in the bathroom though. :)

Near to robinson, in the centre of the town,20 minutes walking to intramuros, 15 minutes walking to rizal park or manila marine park..the breakfast was so so, no many choices..the lobby placed beside the restaurant and i think there is no sufficient separation wall because each time we enter the lobby, we smell kitchen smoke and if we stay longer at the lobby, the smell adhered to our clothes..no swimming pool, the room is okay but no view for our room..when i see the picture in agoda, i think i will have big window but actually no view from our room and only small window..but i think if u lucky or request to them, they might give u the room with big window..the bathroom was okay, the hot water was good..in overall, it was good anyway..

Small refurbished hotel near Rizal Park in central old Manila. Very friendly staff. The hotel is only a couple of blocks away from large shopping areas and in walking distance to the main attractions in Rizal Park and old Manila (Intramuros). It is also a few blocks away from the Bay-walk. Nice rooms, well equipped. The Neighborhood is not very nice, but you should be safe in daytime. There are some noisy places around the block. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet and has guards on duty all time. They can arrange transport to the airport using a van.

We stayed for 2 nights on our way back from a week on Palowan. The hotel is about 20 mins by taxi from Makati (Greenbelt) the main tourist centre and Mall of Asia. Good for accessing historical sites such as Paco Park (across the street,) Rizal Park and Intramuros all of which are great for sight seeing and people interested in a bit of the local history. If you just want shopping stay in Makati as this hotel is in an older area. Great if you want to see how the locals really get on tho. Not much else to see in immediate area. We visited one local food and produce market tho we got the feeling it was more of use to local residents rather than tourists. Found most locals very friendly tho for westerners this area can be a little confronting given the congestion and economic differences. Remember this is a developing country with a steadily growing tourist industry. The staff at the hotel were great, the room was perfectly well appointed and the restaurant is run by a well respected chef with some wonderful dishes on offer. Meals are a little more expensive than some places around Manila but 100% worth the few extra peso for the high standard and quality of the meals. My partner and I found our meals were divine..! Stay here if you want to see more than just tourist centres and shopping malls. Use the taxi's they are quite safe and you will get more of a look around Manila than the average Joe. Good, well organised hotel with a transfer service if you wish tho it will cost more than a taxi fare.

I enjoyed my 3 days stay at Casa Bocobo. The room is clean, friendly service staff & delicious breakfast. The hotel is well located near United Nation train station; also very easy to get cab. What I really like is that the hotel is located within short walking distance from Robinson shopping mall, many good eating places (fast food & restaurants), supermarket, and 24 hr convenient stores. More importantly, it is near Rizal Park & Intermurro, the tourist attractions.

The stay was very good. Three children with us (ages 13,12, 2). The room was clean, a/c worked well, hot water was plentiful, the staff were friendly and very accommodating, the price was very good. This is not an upscale motel but is aimed at price conscious persons wanting basic, clean, and reasonable rooms. The location is close to Rizal Park and U.S. Embassy but off of the main road, so the surroundings are typical Manila - close quarters with a variety of everything nearby.

the staff were always helpful, smiling, and welcoming. check-in was a breeze but the lift was not temporarily working. our room was on the 2nd fllor and we always used the stairs during our stay during our stay for execise. we had a running joke with the check in lady as she would always remind us that the lift was now working. the hotel is located in old ermita almost alongside robinsons mall and within walking distance to both rizal park and the manila bay waterfront for sunset photographs. a new building is being constructed next door but the noise which wasn't that bad did not worry us as we were out and about seeing the sights. the room was neat and tidy with a firm bed which we prefer. the room was compact and the bathroom was small as you could not fully open the door due to the shower step.

The Luneta Hotel is a beautiful hotel on the inside, built in 1918 but immaculately maintained. We loved the decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is large, very clean with a wonderful and comfortable king size bed. The CR has a large shower and a massive bath tub for two! The TV channels include HBO and FOX Family. The breakfast food was delicious and the service was top professional. The hotel is located in an ideal location - right across from Rizal Park. Our room faced the alley because we asked for a quiet room. Rooms facing the park and street will probably be very noisy. Rizal Park may not be safe place for tourists after dark because we were approached during the day by poor people begging for money. Many people sleep appear to sleep in the park so be careful at night. We had a very memorable time at the Luneta Hotel and have no hesitation in giving it a 5 star rating. The Hotel manager(s) must be top notch!

The best thing about the hotel is it's location. LRT station is just opposite, Robinsons Mall is nearby, Paco park and Rizal Park are at a walkable distance. They provide daily English newspaper and 2 bottles of water, which is great. Breakfast is OK, Gym is good, Pool is located on the 09th floor and it is too windy for the comfort. Lift girls keep noting down the users for no obvious reasons, i asked them but got no satisfactory reply. However, the service is really good, the reception gave me an adapter for my charger when i needed it the most, rooms were cleaned everyday. Would definitely stay again.

I have no adverse comments at all about the hotel abd the staff could not have been more friendly including the cleaning staff. I liked the hotel so much that stayed an additional 11 days - not booked through Agoda as hotel said they would give me the Agoda rate. I wpuld say that the location is good with Rizal Park 20mins walk away and we were fortunate that it was celebration of Rizal burthday so there was a lot of entertainment going on the park and it also only 5 mins from Robinsons mall - a great shopping centre. I liked it so much that when come back in September will be staying there again and would recommend to any friends who were coming to Manila

We stayed in a very cozy room on the top floor for 12 days and both of us really liked it. The room was very clean and there were no bugs or anything like that. The room wasn't huge, but big enough for us as a couple to enjoy it, having spent the majority of our time within the hotel room. The staff were exceptionally nice and always smiling. The location is great too, as it's close to the US Embassy, close to St. Luke's Medical place (for those who need to do medical exams for a visa), close to Robinson's Place (a huge mall with everything you can imagine), close to Luneta (Rizal) Park, with Jollibee and a small minimart just across the street, along with other food places and shops all around. The hotel also offers laundry service and airport pick-up and drop-off service (the pick-up fee is 1,200P [about $24 US dollars] and the drop-off fee is 600P [about $12 US dollars], plus a toll fee of 45P [90 cents]). The room had a pretty big TV with a reasonable amount of channels as well.

We ended here by accident because our booked hotel appeared to have closed down (which we found on arrival :-) - Agoda paid us back the money without hesitation, great experience!). The walk-in rates at the reception were higher than here on Agoda, so we booked online through mobile phone at the reception. The location is very convenient, near shops, Rizal park, baywalk in walking distance. Everything was fine, but the receptionist was not very willing to help us with finding a transportation way to the pier (we used Uber in the end and it worked very well).

This is a perfect place to stay! The hotel is just near the Embassy, and other leisure or business establishments. Our room is very spacious. The Family Room is provisioned for 6 persons but realistically, it fits for up to 8 persons. Very ideal for travellers: * The hotel is surrounded with convenience stores and restaurants. *Clinics and Hotels are just nearby. *Walking distance to Rizal Park and the baywalk. *10-15min.walk to the US Embassy Hopefully, they can place at least an electric kettle especially for Families with kids!

Friendly staff and close to Robinson Mall, Philippine General Hospital, Rizal Park, Ocean Park and the US Embassy. The rooms are clean and the price is a steal for a hotel this nice. Free continental breakfast is a plus. Easy access to transportation; taxis or jeepneys. Lots of restaurants and bars within a few blocks. The ride to the international airport was only 12 minutes.

Main advantage of the hotel is that it's new with modern design, hence everything works and is clean. I'm not quite sure how will the design suitable for homes sustain in place like this hotel for few years (e.g. shower door leading to the room when sealing around the glass doors wears off or elevated sink with tight spaces around). Yellow and green colors are annoying and look cheap, but it's part of branding so not much to be said. Overall pleasant stay in the hotel, but no breakfast option. Hotel beds are comfortable, tv works. Not much storage space for clothing in the room, but in-room safe is definitely a plus. Separate toilet with sink and shower (but be prepared, that hotel gives you only one soap bar to share in both). Another unpleasant surprise is that hotel charges for storage of luggage after check-out. They have on-site laundry and massage services, which are quite overprices compared to options just few steps outside of hotel door.

As the name suggests, the bar and eating area has a Queensland tone. Expect cold beer, Aussie grub and old men gossiping, playing pool or watching rugby on the TV. The bar seems to be a popular venue for non-residents. My hotel room was plain, quite adequate for a short stay but unlikely to impress your wife or girlfriend. The hotel's location is a little away from the bars and restaurants around the Ermita/Malate border, easily walkable but having to pass many street dwellers on the way. Not far to the wonderful Rizal Park though. A bonus is being the start point of the shuttle bus service to Angeles and Subic; clean, convenient, good value travel.

I decided to book on this hotel because it is one of the hotels near the NHCP Bldg where i attended a 3day seminar and I've read good reviews from guests. Now it's my time to give my review. Well, everything that I've read and expected have been met or even exceeded. Excellent location! Very accessible, about 3-5 mins walk from the NHCP Bldg. Near to Catholic Church, 7 eleven, Jollibee, Rizal Park and US Embassy. The room is clean with private CR and bathroom with hot and cold shower and TV. I enjoyed my 3-night stay in this hotel and I would love to come back if I need an accommodation again. I recommend this hotel.

This is my go to hotel when having to stay in Manila for a night to visit the US Embassy nearby. Near Rizal Park and Robinson Place. There is no parking lot at this hotel, which is very strange, so most visitors must not drive like I did. Only valet parking available. It's located right next door to a casino. And a two min walk to Robinsons Place. Not a bad location at all and I would recommend this hotel.

I had 1 day in Manila. Not much time to see everything, so I chose Swagman as it is located in a walking distance from Intramuros, the Rizal park, and most of Manila museums. Taxi ride from hotel to Fort Santiago costed me 55 peso(meter). I wrote my flight details in comments to reservation request, but I waited more than 45 minutes at the airport for the hotel taxi. Perhaps they didn't get this information. I may be wrong, but I advice to re-arrange about transfer with hotel after making reservation. Hotel food is fine, however if you don't like price tags on it, you can find some budget restaurants and 7-eleven nearby.

relocated here from another hotel. rates are cheaper if you book online. had a double executive room and had plenty of room for two adults and three children. staff is very friendly and provided everything we asked for. rooms are clean and the showers are good, with plenty of hot water. area around the hotel is safe for families and walking around. two blocks away is rizal park, which is family friendly and has a nightly "dancing fountain" display. also close to mall of asia, star city, and the aquarium. restaurant has good breakfast and the security is excellent. us embassy is two blocks away.

Enjoy my stay at BP International Hotel . The location is great, right in front of SM mall so I spent a lot of time loitering around that mall. Hotel is a short distance away from the attractions : Intramuros, Rizal Park, China Town... All are within 40peso away by pedicab, or a 30' relax walk. Single Room is spacious, can house at least 3 people. There is no Wifi in room though, only at lobby. And the bed is position at an angle from TV so watching TV while lying in bed is a uncomfortable.

We booked a family room, and because we were 6, m hotel add another room for free for 2 nights.. Thanks so much we enjoyed the comfortable and soft bed.. US embassy is just so near for 2 minutes walk, ermita shrine, jolibee and mang inasal are just steps away. We spent the whole afternoon at manila ocean park, and passed at jose rizals monument..all are in walking distance..

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional during my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The house keeping staff was very friendly and professional. I had a couple of issues with the room and when i brought them to the hotel staff they corrected them right away. I brought a camera with me and the hotel loaned me a transformer for the room so i could charge the battery of the camera because local power is 220v. The hotel restaurant is very nice and friendly but they charge american prices for their meals.
