We booked this hotel for when we were going to the Hampton Court Flower Show. The location was perfect - just opposite the main gates. The hotel had lots of character, but still had all the facilities you would expect from a modern hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay there again if visiting the area.

I loved this hotel! It was very easy to find and very close to Kew Gardens tube station on the District Line and just a few minutes walk to one of the Kew Garden's entrances. The ground floor is a pub and restaurant, with the rooms above that on three floors in an old converted house. I didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. The hotel is very near a lot of e...

Richmond council is rebuilding Twickenham station, this is a long project. Building work starts at 2.00am and continues through the day. I arrived at the hotel for a 2 night stay to recover from a 36 hour journey fro North Thailand. In the 2 nights I think I got 4-5 hours sleep total. When I checked out on the 3rd day I felt a lot worse than when I arrived. This hotel...

We booked the Syon Park Hotel for a weekend visit to Wimbledon. The location is fantastic and easy to get to whilst having great links to all the main tourist areas in London. Free parking is a bonus and the Reception staff cannot do enough for you...especially Lona. The bar courtyard is like something out of a Love Island Villa and is really luxurious feeling. The Sw...

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, everything stood out as brilliant, from the rooms to the breakfast (that you should definitely get!), to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Located bang opposite the park on the banks of a canal, this Hotel is worth all the money you pay. It's great access ability , with spacious rooms made my stay worth it's money. The friendly staff were kind to guide my ever curious doubts regarding tourist destination's. the only minus point is the small menu list at the resturant

While not close to the centre of London, it does provide a quiet and beautiful sanctuary for a w-5 day visit to the UK's capital. It is about 40-50 minutes by train/metro form central London. However, it has excellent access to Heathrow (30 min by cab, and 40 minutes by bus). The pool is excellent, as is the spa. The restaurant puts on a good breakfast, and is a l...
