Conveniently located in the heart of the city, this hotel is close to major attractions like the Opera House, Circular Quay, and Darling Harbour. Guests love the excellent service provided by the staff, who are commended for their professionalism throughout the hotel. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and boast comfortable beds. During my planned trip, I was looking for several hotels and looked into customer reviews. At first, I was not comfortable booking this hotel, as I saw too many bad reviews. But at the time that I arrived and during my whole stay, I didn't feel disappointed as what I saw in the reviews. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and especially, the staff was very friendly and helpful, from the bellman to the receptionist and everyone in the restaurant. They all always smiled and were welcoming. The location is perfect; it is within a short walk to most major places.
Booked 2 rooms on level 7, city view. Rooms were clean and tidy. Nice range of shampoo, body wash, tea bags etc. Would have preferred a complimentary bottle of water but you can refill a water carafe down the hall. Decor is now a bit dated and in need of a repaint / overhaul on level 7 but great place to stay and will definitely be back.
Shout out to reception staff named Ramon, he offered a very early check in upon our arrival and it was very meant to us. Location & cleanliness are 10 out of 10 But the breakfast was less variety and we had same breakfast on 2 consecutive days. Taste was good , only need more variety for asian guests. Overall it was a very pleasant stay !
House keeping” Overall the location was good. The housekeeping was really bad. The rooms were not cleaned properly. We had to call them to clean our rooms for the 2nd time. Beds were not made, rooms were not vacuumed thoroughly. They even removed the bath robes and when asked they said they will replace them but they never turned up. I called the reservation desk as I had to extend one of our rooms and to my surprise they were not helpful. When I asked them about the full day rate they asked me to refer to the website instead. If that's the case why do you even have a reservation desk?

My first time in this hotel for my son wedding, the rooms nice and clean specially the harbour view. I was a bit disappointed when I checked in I told the staff that my son is getting married tomorrow, I would like to organise even just a small something in the room to congratulate them on their wedding day. I know is a bit short notice, he said he would organise something, but when my son and his wife backed their room I was disappointed because I told them that I organise a small thing for them. He called me there's nothing in the room, so I went to the reception to ask if they could send something and they did. Thank you to that person who organise a bottle of champagne and a fruits. I really appreciated the. Other than that the room was very nice and the buffet breakfast was amazing, we really enjoyed our stayed and I will recommend this hotel and I will stay here again.
