"The location was great and staff were great too. The rooms are small and basic which is to be expected in London but great location for the concert we were attending in Hyde Park. There is no air-conditioning which would be desirable in the hot summer evenings but we were provided with a fan. Not fantastic value for money as prices were raised due to the events on in Hyde Park but having said that it was clean and location was good so I would stay here again and would recommend it on that basis "

The receptionist very kindly made sure that the rooms were opposite each other which was excellent. All in all an excellent location to make their day, evening and night as enjoyable as possible."

"Although we have stayed one night, I can say it is nice hotel and close to paddingtin station as well as some supermarkets, but we couldn’t sleep at all due to some issues: 1- Although we have requested late check in, our room was ready. 2- The room was very very very cold due to an air leak or circulation comimg from windows (Not the AC) which we don’t know which one. My self and my wife had a flu on the second day because of that. "

"This hotel is located 5 minutes walking distance to two subway (tube) stations; Queensway & Bayswater. Excellent location. Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park is only a block away. Many hotels, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Our room was so small that we could not get to our bed without stepping over our suitcases. Upon our request, after 3 nights there, the management was kind enough to change our room (Superior Double Room) to a bit large room (at least we could walk to our bed easily). The linens are all worn out, rough and had the chemical smell from a dry cleaner?? The beddings and the down-comforters are fine. I strongly suggest the management replace all their linens. Furthermore, our carpet had mold patches on it and it smelled, we had to keep our window open at all times. The area near the subway stations have many pick-pocketers, so do not put any valuables in your backpack, they will open your backpack zippers and steal your valuables in a matter of flash. "
