I was very impressed by the staff's level service-mind, they try to accommodate us in every way possible. The location is super great, close to the beach and the male front staff even recommended us to go to the food festival which we didn't know it was being held by the beach. The place is very clean and cosy, the price is very reasonable, and breakfast is also very enjoyable with good quality food. Totally recommended and will definitely stay here again next time I go to Phuket.

I stayed at Ibis Hua Hin Hotel with my wife on our honeymoon. Everything was amazing. The staff was very nice and friendly. They didn’t ask us for tip or something. Our room was so tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was so good. It was very handy to reach to travel pots nearby like Hua Hin beach, Santorini or Plearnwan. And we really had good memory in there.

Great Hotel and location”
The staff are great at the hotel and are very attentive. The rooms are very clean and my room even came with a playstation 4 which was nice. They are pet friendly so that's a big bonus for me. Highly recommended and the location is close to the Tamarind Market and Cicada Market as well as the beach.

The hotel is very new and clean. Compact room suitable for a single traveller. Breakfast is also very nice especially stir-fried noodles with no meat which is good for a vegetarian traveller. The security staff uncle is very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back if I need a place to stay in Hua Hin.

Excellent stay but key card didn’t work everyday?”
First time staying at Ibis which is a super pet friendly hotel (we brought our cat). We got the family room which was spacious with lots of fun with bunk beds and a PlayStation game. Conveniently located, we were able to walk everywhere. Staff were friends and helpful. Overall it was an excellent stay but our key card didn’t work everyday (3 nights) which we had to go down to change every time. Would still highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here with our small dog. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The location is right next to the beach and two night markets. We will definitely be back. An excellent hotel for the money!

Pet friendly hotel. Very organized and polite staff. Seems that they all know what they're doing. The pool and the food were fantabulous! Eveything was well explained. They even let us have a late check out without extra charge. We will definitely come back! 5 stars! 10/10

You can bring your small pet here. NO SVC CHARGE FOR PET. And wanna say that the old man security (morning part) he such a very nice person, I came here more than 5 times and he still has a good svc. No matter how hot the weather is.

It was so cheap in low season but everything was more than expectations. The location is great, just in a walking distance to the quiet beach. The breakfast was delicious with staff taking care of all your dishes (guests touching food at the buffet line not allowed due to covid-19 measure). The room was small but still comfortable thanks to good layout. Highly recommended!

Stayed at the Ibis for over 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. Rooms were clean with nice small balcony. Close to beach and night markets. Hotel shuttle service was excellent and used it quite often. Breakfasts were ok coffee was great . Reception staff and the woman who cleaned our room were all very nice and courteous. Would definitely recommend.
