We loved our stay at Infinity Hotel! Everything was perfect — I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like umbrellas for guests, a flashlight ready to go, beach bags and towels, and the welcome fruit. Even without bath bombs, the bath soap bubbles beautifully. The staff were very friendly, and the amenities were excellent. We stayed for 8 days and only requested cleaning twice since we were mostly out. However, the cleaning service could be improved. After cleaning, we still noticed hair on the vacuumed floor, a stain on the bedsheet (which had been there for 2 days), and water stains in the sink from us brushing our teeth or minor spills. Overall, we still had a wonderful experience — just hoping the cleaning quality matches the rest of the hotel’s high standards next time.

We are satisfied with our stay. We did upgrade to honeymoon suite for the bathtub and better view. Bathtub always have hot water unlike some hotels. Amazing panoramic mountain views from our balcony. There are some rules such as no partying etc. But impressed with the cleanliness. One thing that we noticed was how low the balcony railings were, a bit scary to be honest. So we gave feedback on that to the reception staff, she was very receptive of it and informed us that she will bring this up to management. I hope they do something about it soon for safety reasons. Also, no privacy when you sit on the balcony as they are all facing the pool. But overall happy with our stay, the highlight being the sunset view from the bed.
Staying for one night during the low season, the first thing that impressed me was the clean and spacious room, fully equipped with amenities. Iron (and ironing board), hairdryer, and a large comfortable TV were available. The bed was very soft and comfortable, and the room had a good view. There were two swimming pools and a complete breakfast service. What impressed me the most was when we stayed during the rain; just as we parked the car and hadn't stepped out yet, the staff held an umbrella waiting for us at the car door. We got out of the car without getting wet at all. I don’t know how many stars the hotel has, but I can say that the service is ten stars. It was the most impressive experience I’ve had compared to other places I've stayed. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely return. The reception staff was friendly and lovely, and the restaurant staff took great care of us. Overall, I really liked it. I was very impressed, 10 out of 10!

Hotel & Location: The hotel was smaller than expected and located slightly away from the main streets, which made for a quiet and relaxing stay. They provide a shuttle bus to Ao Nang Beach, which was incredibly convenient for going back and forth. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Room: Spacious, bright, and spotless! The rooms looked quite new and remained comfortable even with the addition of an extra bed for my family. Each room has a small balcony and I noticed some rooms even had their own private pools. Facilities: The breakfast café was lovely, with a wide variety of options ranging from Western dishes to traditional Thai cuisine. Everything we tried was delicious. The pool was also very clean and well-maintained. Tours: This was the highlight of our stay! After checking prices around town, we decided to book directly through the hotel, and it turned out to be slightly cheaper than the beachside booths. Best decision ever as the guide was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Our family especially enjoyed snorkeling and swimming on a private long-tail boat, truly unforgettable! Overall: A fantastic stay and excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend!
