we dont know much about how they name their properties, but it felt like a hotel to us. it was clean, it has a free soaking facility, the rooms are huge by Japanese standards, and the pty was within 5 min drive from a super market, Aeon ValuMax. nothing to complain really. however, for ppl who are afraid or dont like dogs, you got to be prepared as the pty is connected to a separate pet dog hotel building. dogs and their owners roam freely. but it is super clean. no dog poo smell anywhere.
