Ik was met 3 vriendinnen grootte lol gehad alleen jammer dat er in het restaurant geen plaats was om te eten en dat de dinerkaart allemaal Engels was..
We hadden dit hotel geboekt met twee vriendinnen, na een concert in de Arena. Het was geen probleem om een extra bed op de kamer te plaatsen (je betaalt natuurlijk wel meer) en de kamer was ruim genoeg hiervoor. Vanwege het concert waren de hotelkamers is Amsterdam erg prijzig, maar Jaz Amsterdam was het wel waard. Een ruime en prettige kamer naast de ziggo Dome en de Arena, top! In de ochtend een heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ze hebben een terras waar we heerlijk in het zonnetje hebben kunnen ontbijten. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens willen verblijven.
Top Hotel Trendy Schoon Modern en naast Ziggo Done! Na de voorstelling kan je zo naar je Bed.
Bij het ontbijt misten we crackers, beter alles super
Ruime en mooie kamers, die volledig geluidsdicht zijn. Het hotel bevindt zich buiten het centrum, maar de het centrum is makkelijk bereikbaar met de metro of auto. Het bevindt zich ook vlak naast de autosnelweg waardoor het makkelijk bereikbaar is. We zijn heel vriendelijk onthaalt. Een echte aanrader.
Alles klopte, de bedden, de douche, het personeel was vriendelijk, het ontbijt was heerlijk en veelzijdig, de moderne snufjes, het yogamatje was een fantastisch detail en ik kan nog wel even doorgaan. Zelden heb ik zo'n prettig verblijf gehad in een hotel. Er is echt goed nagedacht.
Heerlijke kamer, met super groot bed. Perfecte ligging om vlakbij de metro naar de stad te nemen. Ontbijt super goed verzorgd.

Na een concert in de ziggodome een overnachting geboekt in het jazz hotel.super mooie kamer met een heerlijk bed.badkamer met ook prachtig met een stortdouche. Niks geen zielig straaltje maar heerlijk kunnen douchen. Het ontbijt was ook erg uitgebreid en alles heerlijk vers.volgende keer boeken wij hier zeker weer.
Kamer overtrof de verwachtingen qua grootte en luxe, personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ideaal voor ons verblijf in verband met een concert in de HMH. Ook de Ziggo Dome ligt om de hoek op loopafstand.

As the tittle if you have a concert in ziggo this hotel is the best. Literally next door. So easy to navigate and also it’s like 20-30 mins to central amsterdam.

**Fantastic Stay at Jaz in the City Hotel for Diana Ross Concert!** I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jaz in the City hotel, perfectly located right next to Ziggo Dome, for the Diana Ross concert. From start to finish, my experience was absolutely outstanding! **Location:** The location couldn't be better if you're attending an event at Ziggo Dome or the nearby AFAS Live. It’s literally just a few steps away, which made getting to and from the concert incredibly convenient. No need to worry about transportation—just walk over and enjoy the show! **Service:** The staff at Jaz in the City were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. They provided great recommendations for local dining and entertainment options, and I felt truly valued as a guest. **Room:** My room was modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the chic, music-inspired decor throughout the hotel. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating an environment that feels both luxurious and hip. **Amenities:** The hotel has a cool vibe with a focus on music, which really enhanced the experience of attending a concert. The rooms are very nice and we'll maintained, so are the bathrooms. Amazing breakfast buffet on the second floor. It's about a 30min bike ride from the central station.

Very lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable bed. Has a gym and sauna. About 5 min walk to station and in city centre within 15 min! Trains run late too!

Located 18 mins by metro to central. Walk from metro Biljmer arena is a little over 5 minutes. Staff is incredible and polite, speak English fluently as well. Room was comfortable, beds are a tad too soft for my liking tho. Quiet rooms, no disturbances as well

We are a couple who stayed in Jaz hotel for 2 nights. It’s a little far from the centre but we knew that and there is a train that connects with central station in 20 min. Customer service could be improved as you are greeted with a sign that tells you to chill out and not to get excited if you’re early to check in which I think it’s rude as no one is asking to. Our room did not include breakfast and we paid for it around 43 euros for both of us we were told it’s unlimited and a lot but we were so disappointed. The eggs were made from powder probably same than the omelette mix, the guy who did the eggs was not there all the time, cold meats and cheese of poor quality and expired yogurts on display. Not worth the money at all as I was expecting more cooked stuff for that sort of price range. We were asked on a tablet if we wanted our room to be cleaned, we said yes and when we came back from a tiring day out we were greeted by and undone room, they did not service the room which I have never experienced such an appalling service in any hotel. Overall for that price range I think there must be better options and the only thing close to it is the stadium nothing else.

The signage indicates that check-in is at 3:00 PM, but various suggestions are given for what to see or do during the waiting time. The part about excitement is intended more that hopefully you will enjoy it even more with us through the experience of the suggestions. It's a bit of reading between the lines and not meant to be rude. About the omelet station, the chef is not always behind the omelet station but there is a bell to ring for an omelet and you can of course always ask one of our bandmembers to ask for the chef. About the room cleaning. I think you have misread the message on the tablet, because it ask if you want to skip the cleaning of the room. This is because we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable with our services and supplies. Hope to see you around whenever back in Amsterdam for a better 2nd chance. The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from the Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena Train Station. There are plenty of stores nearby that can cater to your clothing and food needs. Just be mindful that in the Netherlands, most stores close by 17:00 while restaurants close by 20:00 or 21:00. The room was very spacious and clean - layout was well thought out and there is plenty of space for your clothes and your luggage. There is a hidden closet that you need to look for beside the bed and this is in addition to the storage that you see when you enter. The shower uses buttons instead of regular fixtures, but it is easy to understand. Breakfast options were mediocre, but the staff were pleasant and kept the dining area clean and organized.

Good location for events, hotel is a little tired. Breakfast is continental only. Reception staff stressed when it got busy.
We are staying second time in jazz, rooms are not too small and nice. The only thing lacking was parking which each night we have to pay 30 euro.
We went to a concert of Loonatheworld in AFAS live and we stayed in Jaz Hotel for one night. This hotel is just 7 min to the venue. Nice, clean and modern with a music theme all over the place. We surely going back this place in the future.
The hotel is quite New, Very good place to stay away from the city. There are shopping places nearby. Room is very modern and clean. Convenient to Train station few minutes walk from the hotel near the stadium around 30 minutes to city center.
The hotel did not stop to amaze us from the moment of arrival, even though it’s not right at the centre but there’s two metro stop nearby. Easy access to/from airport and Amsterdam city centre. The hotel is very stylish , room is very very spacious , incredibly soft and comfy bed. Can’t wait to come back again!
Just got back from a nights stay here, would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern only reason I gave a 4 star for cleanliness was because the rooms were not entirely spotless but they were clean. I have to stay the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever stayed in. Location is not in the centre of Amsterdam but don't let this put you off as it's right next to the metro line that takes you straight into the centre. The metro was cheap and very easy to use.
Walking distance to Strandvliet Metro (5 mins) and Bijlmer ArenA metro and train station (10 mins). Surrounded by eateries. Comfortable, clean, good wifi room but it is a bit dark/dim if wanted to do some work.
Breakfast is good. Quiet area. Comfortable
Stay like a rockstar!
Even though hotel was on outskirts of city it was relatively easy to travel to and from city Centre as train station was 5 min walk. Staff were friendly and efficient, room was clean and bed super comfortable. My only negative was that cleaner forgot to replenish toilet roll night before we left. Not a major gripe and yes I would stay here again! Convenient and clean hotel!

Just outside the Ziggo Dome and next to Johan Cruyff Football Arena. It’s very convenient for people who are going to the concert or football game!
Jaz Amsterdam was an unforgettable experience from start to finish, great staff with great service attitudes, an amazing and spacious room that is beautiful and huge, as well as a well-equipped gym! It is just next to the Amsterdam ArenA/Johan Cruijff ArenA, and a short walk to the train station, a theatre, shopping, and food. Affordable accommodations with first-class trimmings, what's not to love?
