Actually came back to this property after a week when hubby and I traveled again to Manila. During our first stay, we booked for 4 days then supposed to transfer to Makati, but, there's something with JMM Grand Suites that particularly made me decide to stay and opted to extend for 2 days then another day, wherein we had to move to an available room that suits our budget and needs, which turned out to be bigger and with a better view from the 40th floor. Transfer was smooth and facilitated by Michael. Emman and Charles have efficiently assisted me (us) too and made sure that we are going to have a hassle-free stay. To sum it up, the front desk staff and other employees including the security personnel are attentive to their guest/s based from our experience for the whole duration of our stay. If you are checking in with a car, there's a parking space that comes for free on a first come first serve basis, so I suggest that you put it into note in advance for them to consider you on their priority list, otherwise, there's a safe pay parking at the nearby Robinson's Manila (mall) where you can also get your groceries and other supplies, though I'd personally prefer to park in the same building for convenience. Had the chance to go out for a good run at the stretch of Manila Bay too and cooled down at the in-house gym afterwards. Haven't tried their sauna but enjoyed pool side photo ops, which by the way, all strategically located in the same level with the gym. If you are still having second thoughts, I tell ya, now go ahead and book your stay at this property that has been our home away from home for a total of 11 days! If you have pretty high standards, might as well manage your expectations for the price that you are paying. It's a condo/hotel that provides your basic needs. One of the best yet not pricey condo/hotel”
This is my second time staying in jmm for 7 days, and they really deserve to be graded 5star. The rooms are clean (been transferring to 3 rooms in my 6 days stay), staffs are accomodating and really treat you vip. They always makes sure you have all you need plus they'll help you upon transferring to different rooms. Travelling with a toodler is not easy but on this hotel? It's not that worst, the studio type would help you a lot to budget coz you can actually cook, with complete set of utensils plus rice cooker so thumbs up. The only thing is their glass door near balcony, the lock is not that secure on which I need to keep an eye to my toodler whenever she starts to reach the doorknob. The area is very convenient and accessible to ST. Lukes medical,, Robinsons, mini stop, US embassy...so another saved taxi fare. Thank you JMM, looking forward to stay there again.

The Best Hotel in the Heart of Manila!”
Althou, some standard policies should be corrected. Particularly the front desk should maintain the guest's privacy at all times... such event happened while my girlfriend, whom I booked for 2 days stay encountered an unexpected call from the front desk telling her that a fellow guest would like to talk to her. By this, my girlfriend certainly felt unsafe at that moment while staying in the hotel.

Was the 3 bedroom apartment. Has fantastic view across Manila harbour . Clean and staff helpful. Pool was excellent and close to Robinson place mall. Only thing overseas travellers be aware of is the kitchen is really designed for locals to use. As in no toaster and no regular pan. Has rice cooker and frying pan which would prepare most local dishes. Not really an issue though as the Mall provides numerous eating choices at good prices as well as a Mcdonalds round the corner. Will stay again if several people staying

It is across Robinson manila pedro gil entrance, convenient and near restaurants, transpo. Comfortable huge bed and room, with terrace, refrigerator, free water, coffee, hot and cold shower definitely worth your money just book ahead through agoda for discounted 1590 per night only. The staff are super nice, everyone are helpful, my entire stay was comfortable. You can leave your baggage with their concierge. You can ask the receptionist to book you a ride to the airport, they'll help out fast. 🙂 Nice and clean pool.

Every staff is commendable. The room is clean. The kitchen has the tools you need to cook a great meal. Nice view from the balcony. It is near the mall that has a lot of restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful apartment to stay in. SM mall is a 3 minute walk from the apartment. There are many rentals here, but, you seem to get a different owner each time. As long as you can deal with the maid you are in good hands. I love staying here.

Worth the stay”
Great location, just a walking distance from Robinsons mall and many other establishments. Easy access to transportations. Not too far from the airport. There’s also a laundry mat on the ground floor at a reasonable price. Fast and reliable wifi in each room, free pool and gym use. The kitchenette could save you on food- fridge, microwave, electric kettle, plates, and silverwares were also provided. (Some rooms includes an electric stove where you can cook your own food). Hot and cold shower, basic toiletries was provided except for shampoo. Security safe is included in each room as well. Lastly, the balcony was a big plus, great for smokers as it is very rare to find a hotel that comes with a balcony. Although I am not a smoker but I did enjoy the city and the manila bay view from my balcony. Perfect for my morning cup of coffee. Will definitely going back on my next visit.

I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and friendliness of the entire. They were well trained and seemed like they truly enjoyed their job. The hotel rooms were clean and everything was in working order. I stay here before it is right across the mall and a minute walk to the taxi stall in front of the mall. This place gives me the feeling of home away from home.

Everything is very close, Roberson's place is just across the street. There is no restaurant in the building but anything you want is just across the street. Easy hwy travel by cab. My room is on the 22nd floor and has a beautiful view from the balcony. Kitchennet has appliences refrigerator, stove, miceowave, hot water pot, cooking pot, plates, and eating untensils, etc... also a bar counter with chairs. I have hopes to frequent this facility in Birch towers, too much to see and do in just a few days so we will return. Happy journey from BKC Travelers thanks

It was a good stay, overall. Its just a bummer that the parking space is limited so we needed to park at the nearby mall. Place was clean, hot shower really not working, and aircon was a bit noisy. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this place because staffs were polite, place was clean and very good location.

Whenever we visit Manila, this place is always my 1st choice esp when I am with my fam. It's clean, not too expensive (not very cheap though), near Robi which is good, the staffs are very approachable esp when we had to catch our flight early in the morning and there are lots of nearby attractions. I love this place and surely will stay again and again.
