I hope the room smells nicer and equip with warm shower.
Our experience with this hotel was good overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, but the location was just okay. The traffic outside made travel time longer than expected, even for short distances.

It's all good but some feedbacks below: -the hotel internal rules are written strictly which I have to call the receptionist what I can do. -no wifi password and water until I ask them. -it good to put the wifi password in each room or with room key. -

A/C broke down during my 2nd night. Didn't have fan and the room was extremely stuffy. Poor night sleep
There is paint of unclean for long periods in the restroom, and the service seems careless with khmer clients. But the price is absolutely match because we can find a tidy and clean bed with enough facilities in the room, and the lift has helped a lots to old people.

It appears that their staff do not have a standard of hospitality. There was not a single encounter with a smile from anyone who works at the hotel. It was well worth what I paid for, but I felt like it didn't matter whether I existed there or not for the hotel staff.
I booked a king bed size but received the double bed even showing them the Agoda conformation. The air conditioning and bathroom fan were making loud noise. Complained the next day and got exchanged for a queen bed side. We stayed there for three days because it was convenient to where we live.
I don’t why this hotel get 8.5 score from Agoda. The room is not clean. There are too many ants, and the shower is broken. It’s not worth to spend your time and money here. Not recommend.
Has everything needed. Clean and well-equipped rooms. No hot water though and they left no bottles of water this time. Still, one of the few cheaper hotels that has a softer bed - many others are rock-hard. Lobby is relaxing to sit for a coffee. Probably ideal for a budget short-stay.
Far from the center, but near the airport. Fast wifi. Clean bathroom. Comfy beds
The hotel is good, although it's not 100% clean, I'd recommend. It's not close to the city center but 10 min on a tuktuk does the trick

One of the best hotel in phnompenh i stayed, really worth every penny spend on this hotel. Its clean and the staff is really friendly. The room is abit small but its ok, more like minimalist design. The wifi is good, tv on the room is 40-43" my guess and its smart tv with internet connection thats fun to watch before bedtime. For this kind of hotel price? I rate it on top 3 on these budget hotel. Others hotel i slept with similar price, but still doesnt as good as this hotel.
“Beauty lies inside”
Though the hotel does not look very attractive in its look from the outside, it is good inside. The rooms are clean, and bed is also nice. For those who can compromise for the space, the room is comfortable. Staff are cooperative. Finding some mosquitoes in the room is not a big issue.
