At first, I thought this hotel was just a typical business hotel, but I found out they also have rooms with lofts, which I thought was unique. However, my room didn't have a loft, so that was disappointing. When I entered the room, there was a wall-mounted hanger, which was a nice touch. Then, I pulled the door that led to the bathroom, and I was pleased to see that the shower room was separate from the toilet and sink. It's a good thing. However, due to the hotel's policy, you need to get some amenities from the front desk in advance, so be aware of that. During my stay, I was able to use the free wifi, had a comfortable bathing experience, and the bed was really soft, which made my stay comfortable without a doubt. However, the VOD programs on the TV didn't seem to be to my liking, and I didn't know how to watch them, so if I really wanted to use them, I would ask the front desk. I'm sure the front desk staff would be happy to help. When I was unsure where to insert the card during check-out, someone from the front desk came over and helped me. They were really considerate. I hope the hotel will have new programs added to the VOD by the time I stay there again.

Located in a convenient transportation area, despite being a bit small, I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days without any inconvenience. The cleanliness was also impressive. Even though the food waste was left out, they didn't clean it up, and it seemed like we had to throw it away in a separate trash can. However, they replaced and organized everything else with new items. I made good use of the free coffee, tea, ice, and bath products. The kiosk-style service was also very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was that, depending on the season, there may be road construction going on outside. They were doing construction work from midnight until dawn, which was a bit noisy. I wondered if that was why there were earphones in the lobby. However, I was able to sleep well, feeling drowsy after taking a bath. There were many convenience stores nearby, and overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

We arrived at the hotel at 7:00 in the evening and initially had trouble finding the entrance. The entrance was quite dark, possibly because the lobby was on the second floor and they were conserving electricity. However, the room was clean, the shower had good water pressure, and the bathroom was well-heated. The breakfast was delicious 😋. We would definitely book this hotel again next time.

The hotel is 3 minutes’ walk from the station, offers clean rooms, bathrooms, and massive TV, and doesn’t clean rooms if asked. The hotel has friendly staff, so you can ask them if there’s anything makes you feel uncomfortable. The disadvantage of staying at this hotel is that the hotel is almost 15 minutes’ walk from the restaurant to which I usually go, and it offers poor services compared to other hotels at the same price. On top of that, this hotel faces the construction site, so the room is so noisy that I woke up frequently and I couldn’t sleep well. Overall, I appreciate all the staff members doing the best for customers in many different ways. But the chance of disturbing your sleep by the construction must be explained in advance. I highly recommend this hotel for those who don’t care about noisy rooms or who don’t mind using foam earplugs while sleeping.

The location is great, near the station, Morning Market Square, Uni Murakami Hakodate main store, and Lucky Pierrot which travelers must-try restaurants. The room is clean and big. Also, there is a washing machine inside each room and it’s free. Thus, you can rest in your room while you are washing your clothes. There is also a public bath area at the top of the hotel and the lounge at 17/F where there is a wonderful view. The staff is nice as well.
