I stayed for 2 nights. The sign at the ticket gate of JR Sapporo Station also indicates JR Sapporo. It was very helpful. Exiting from the west entrance and passing through the Daimaru from the south entrance might be the quickest way, but it feels a bit awkward to pull a suitcase through there, so I proceeded along the right side of the Daimaru building and took the path between Kinokuniya and the railway construction to reach the hotel. The hotel's signage is rather understated, so it can be a bit confusing, but it's the building north of the Sapporo Kitagojo Naka Post Office. I dropped off my suitcase at the hotel before checking in. There is a locker area where you can set your own key, making it easy to store your luggage. The room is very user-friendly. The refrigerator might be a bit small... The breakfast consists of bread, drinks, boiled eggs, soup, yogurt, and milk pudding. It’s simple but delicious. The lounge on the first floor is free to use. The staff is very polite and kind. It’s a pleasant hotel where you can relax. There’s a convenience store right next door, and it’s close to the station, which is great.
This property is in a good location, when you arrive Sapporo station, just look for Daimaru, walk though its to the way of Gucci shop, until you get out of the department. You will see a pedestrian crossing, then walk a little bit along site (I guess it for Shinkansen) you will reach the hotel. Staffs at front were very friendly and polite, the room is new, air conditioner is appropriately cool. Room space for two is enough. The bath room has a bath tub and shower. The hotel also has a light breakfast, for me it is enough for the morning. I love this place, if I have a chance to come back to Sapporo again, this hotel will be my first choice.
It is very convenient as it is just a short walk to Sapporo Station. There are also Lawson and Seven-Eleven convenience stores nearby. You can see the train tracks right in front of the room, so you can hear the sound of the trains quite well, but it's close to the station, which is convenient... For breakfast, there were several small types of bread, cold drinks, orange juice, grape juice, milk, as well as coffee, tea bags for tea, and soup. There was a style where you could freely take boiled eggs, potato salad, yogurt, and milk pudding. The staff were pleasant, and I appreciated being able to enjoy a light breakfast. I would like to use this place again.
The hotel is located near the Sapporo Station. Just take the Daimaru Exit (south) then when you are outside, there is a stop light, cross the street, walk straight, then you can see the hotel on the left side. It's just 1 block away from Daimaru exit. In Sapporo Station, you can take the JR trains or the subway trains. Very convenient location. Staff are helpful. if you wish to clean your room daily, just request it at the concierge. Breakfast was the same everyday, consisting of bread, soup bar, coffee, juice and milk.

“Prime location near to Sapporo station but away from the crowd”
The hotel was located near to the exit from daimaru @sapporo station. There are Lawson n family mart at each side of the hotel. Breakfast are complimentary w any room booking. It is a basic breakfast from 0630-1000 at the lounge n only coffee machine n hot water are available all day till 12midnight. There are sachets of toiletries for guests to help themselves at the lobby. The standard checkout time is 1000 n guest could use the diy lockers till 12midnight. Washer (200yens per 30mins) n dryer (100yens per 30mins) are available in the lobby. There is a comic room next to the laundry room to pass the time. Guest could also select their pillow preference from this area. The hotel do not provide any mineral water in the room but there is a kettle n mini bar. The long bathtub was a luxury daily w good water temperature n pressure. We loved the portable humidifier in the room. The sound proof was very good as we hardly hear any noise during our stay. Our twin room does not had any view as the window looked into the building’s wall. We used mainly train or bus to reach the many attractions in Sapporo. It is around 25mins walk to susukino (mega donki n Nikki man billboard). High recommended on the location, service n cleanliness of the hotel.
