I would recommend this motel it’s a bit out off town but that’s is only down side, rooms bright and cheerful, inside outside shower on villa rooms, no complaints all good for price car parking easy also

I arrived early at hotel around 9.00am and the staff said you may check in now, your room is ready.. the best part is no additional fees.. Location is near to the swiss sheep farm and santorini.. and you can find halal restaurant around chaam town. But they are not do housekeeping until check out.. for me it is not big problem..

Excellent stay for 500 THB”
The rooms are large, there is also the swimming pool. The only disappointment - cafeteria on the site. It offers breakfast and food during the day however, I really discourage to buy anything from there... uneatable!

Considering that I have spent only 400B for 1 night, without breakfast, I can say that it is worth the price, but I am a bit disappointed that there is not even a bedside lamp in the room and the lights system is scarse. Moreover, you can't ask for more towels or pillows unless you pay extra. The bed is comfortable and large, the aircon is old but working.

Good hotel for relax”
Allthough not suited for us due to distance from the nearby cities, this hotel would be a good choice for those wanting a rural stay. Still under construction during our stay, our rooms not finished we were upgraded to villa's. Hotel has a taxi service to cha-am (50 baht pr person) and hua hin (150 b p.p.). 30+ minutes ride into hua hin. Beautiful hotel and suroundings but if you are looking for an urban stay, this hotel is not for you. The hotel has a restaurant, but this was not used by us, so cannot comment on the food.

was a great stay here. fasility and price was excellent. just a little bit hard to get food around but you xan get food in the hotel, quite good. very recommended. when I back to cha am, will definetely stat here again..

Around 7 Km out of Cha Am so transport required we stayed in a villa overlooking the country side, large room and very quiet with 2 showers one inside one outside but no Wi-Fi as was advertised on agoda good clean pool and food available from 3pm to 9pm we found the food to be good and inexpensive. We would use again if passing

Very Nice Staff and Clean Room”
I like this hotel at all. The build is new, the facilities is so good. The staffs are so helpful. In there, We were so confused about transportation to go back to Bangkok. The staff delivers us to shuttle bus. We were panic because we don't know where is the shuttle bus. This location is too far away, and there are no general transportation or MRT/BTS/etc. Once again, we want to say thank you for your service Juntima Hotel

nice hotel with all the facilities ”
This hotel is nice and clean over looking a pady field in a quiet location but out of town. The room was very large for the price and comfortable. This hotel has a medium sized simming pool to the rear of the property close to its large function room facility. We spead one queit night here and i had a deep sleep much needed after a long drive from surat.
