A place where everything can be solved at once. It hasn't been open for long, so it was clean and pleasant. The staff were also very friendly. Swimming was cold because the weather was cloudy. It was okay on sunny days. On cloudy days, we played in the water in front of the mall. The kids enjoyed it there too. It was very convenient to play because it was connected to the mall.

I visited with my mother. We shared a pre-event and the staff actively provided feedback! The staff did their best to provide a special hotel experience, and my mother was also impressed. Connected to Lotte Mall and close to the airport! The swimming pool, embraced by the lake, was the best I have ever experienced in any hotel in Hanoi! Once again, I would like to thank all the lounge staff and if I visit Hanoi again, I plan to stay here again!
