What a gem”
This is a gorgeous hotel in an amazing setting right on the Mekong. Perfectly comfortable, all details considered by the management for a perfect stay. The F&B needs some work, not that the food was bad but it didn't rise to what a hotel like this should demand. Also the staff, while eager to be of assistance, cannot speak one word of English which makes ordering food, speaking to housekeeping, etc a bit of a challenge. I am thinking this part may be due to the COVID situation and the fact the hotel has probably lost all foreign guests; khmer guests wouldn't need multilingual staff. in any case, we had no trouble as we can speak enough to get by. This is one of the most gorgeous hotels I've ever stayed in the Kingdom and will definitely be back.

This lovely colonial mansion from 1916 is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy for a few days. Check-in, and check-out as you enjoy basking in historical greatness. The staff are really nice, there are some charming items to see nearby, and you'll have a great time.

From the staff to the architecture to the furnishings, Le Relais is amazing. The location is phenomenal, as well, nestled right against the Mekong with a bike path in between. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Beautiful hotel”
Stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed the stunning hotel. The rooms are huge and full of great amenities. The grounds of the hotel really make this a wow place to stay. We used the bikes and travelled along one of the bike routes which was really enjoyable and lovely to see the local villagers and surroundings. The only improvement could be the bar, we regularly asked for drinks and were told unable or there were only “2 beers left” which in a hotel is very confusing. But the staff were friendly and helpful, they organised the trip to the dolphins for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect in everyday ”
This was the most memorable part of our tour in Cambodia. The building is real WOW. The lady gave us a tour, we loved the Whatsapp butler for our G+T by the pool and our food was really high quality. Special mention to wine list, everything in fact was far above what we imagined. We will recommend to everyone.

Totally dismatch for the price standard”
The quality and service they provide is absolutely not for the room price they are selling, some staff are very friendly and nice though, room conditions not good,the water from the tap is so dirty you can't even take a bath with it . AC is dripping,land phone is broken ...all these issues while referring to the manager he just either ignored or finding excuses ... and the breakfast is very very simple like a budget hotel . Anyway,the owner should seriously rethink their concept of hospitality and strategy to make money in this business!

The water can have some discoloration, we were built in 1916 and just needs to run for a few seconds, and its clear. We have the beautiful roll top bathtubs for this reason, usually they are loved.We have an Electronic Butler, whereby you can contact us 24 hours a day using Whatsapp or Viber or SMS. All guests love this feature as they can message room service, drinks to the pool or even in their car on the way here to us. Im sorry you didnt find that useful. Air Con that is left on all day/night will drip,sorry for that

Amazing place! Feels like a travel back in time; Old style villa overlooking the Mekong river - super nicely renovated - on the main road (so easy access) but the house is hidden behind a huge garden and so protected from the noise. a lot of facilities, tranquil and the rooms are just really nice! Food (western and khmer) is great - would come back with real pleasure!

Une belle demeure coloniale parfaitement restaurée et meublée avec goût. Une nourriture de qualité et un personnel très aimable. En bref, un établissement que je recommande chaudement. J’y séjournerai à nouveau.
