Located near Takashimaya, Saigon Centre, and Ben Thanh Market with easy access to tourist sites. The hotel has excellent and friendly staff with good customer service. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a grand lobby. The rooftop offers outstanding views of Saigon skyline and a great rooftop bar. The hotel also has a good breakfast with high-quality seafood buffet on the weekends and a good in-house bistro.

We had an overall pleasant stay, with a few mixed experiences. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which we really appreciated. However, we were initially disappointed to be placed in a room right next to the lifts, despite having requested a quiet room in advance. The constant dinging of the lift bell was quite disruptive, but thankfully the staff were accommodating and moved us up three floors to a quieter and more spacious room. A major letdown was the rooftop pool being closed for maintenance after our first two nights. The pool and bar were very cool and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so it was especially disappointing not to be informed in advance of the closure - this would definitely have influenced our booking decision. On a positive note, the buffet breakfast was amazing - great selection and decent coffee. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was great. The location was also excellent: very central and convenient for getting around. Overall, we enjoyed our time but felt that better communication about facilities and room placement could have made the experience even better. We do recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel in the centre of everything. I found the location to be brilliant and the hotel to be super clean. I will return here when I travel with my family. You are 5-10 mins walk from many attractions and points of interest and for everything further it is easily accessible by Taxi. The breakfast was good, sufficed for my appetite and the staff were very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at Liberty Central Citypoint. The location is unbeatable—everything in the city is within easy walking distance. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and a relaxed atmosphere. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again when visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

Clean and conveniently located. Quick walk to Saigon Centre for food and shopping. Cute coffee shops, chocolate boutique, convenience stores, and restaurants on the streets around the hotel as well. Hotel conveniently has a movie theater, and roof top bar if you want to relax but not venture out (weather was quite humid during my stay). Also, when ordering a grab vehicle, there is an easy pick up point. They just pull up onto the side walk so you can get into the car/bike without getting hit by traffic. Would stay here again

Dear Liberty Citypoint Management, I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding a persistent and disruptive issue with the bathroom ventilation system in my recent stay, specifically in Room 9015, if im not mistake or kindly refer my booking reference. As a frequent guest who travels to Ho Chi Minh City every 2-3 weeks and almost exclusively chooses to stay at Liberty Citypoint, I have consistently provided full ratings for my stays, a testament to my usual satisfaction with your establishment. However, this recent experience has been exceptionally disappointing and falls far below the standard I have come to expect. During my stay, the bathroom ventilation system produced an excessively loud and highly annoying noise. This was particularly problematic at night, as I typically switch on the bathroom light when sleeping. The noise was so disruptive that I had no alternative but to turn off the bathroom switch entirely, which is an unacceptable compromise to my comfort. I initially chose not to report this issue immediately to your front desk, hoping that your housekeeping staff, upon their daily service, would identify the obvious problem and arrange for a technician to rectify it. Regrettably, this did not occur, and the issue persisted throughout my stay. It is concerning that such a noticeable malfunction was overlooked and allowed to continue, indicating a lapse in your immediate problem-solving protocols. The continued operation of a faulty and excessively noisy ventilation system is a serious matter that significantly detracts from the guest experience. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that the ventilation system is promptly and properly repaired.
