We stayed for three nights with a family of four. We hardly saw any other Japanese people. The room was spacious enough, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and our family went back for seconds multiple times. The rooftop pool was small but cozy, and we could enjoy swimming while looking at the Saigon River and the high-rise buildings beyond. The adjacent bar had a great atmosphere for having a drink at night. Since we had an early morning flight, we ordered a breakfast box, which was received with pleasure. The banh mi was delicious. It was a very comfortable hotel.

The air-conditioning in the room was not as cold as expected or controllable, (it was already adjusted to lowest). Otherwise, everything else was satisfactorily nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast was decent, fitness room basically equipped, room had a nice bed, was comfortably spaced. Also to add, the location is great!

The room was very clean with a beautiful view of the river. The pool deck area and bar is ok but very ‘cosy’ Only 3 sun loungers and these are in the pool, 6 pool chairs, these are also in the pool, so to use them you will get wet feet! The bar area is ok with a mix of chairs, comfortable enough but for a bar/ lounge area it could all do with a rethink to make better use of the overall space as on the 2 occasions we used this area it was packed with little/no spare seating/space. Note there is no lift access to the pool / roof bar. There are 2 flights of stairs to climb. We had access to the executive lounge, only as these were the only rooms we could secure at the time of booking and they included this, but quite honestly it was not worth it, breakfast on level 1 was much better than the executive room breakfast on level 23, we had the afternoon tea, again for what it was supposed to be it wasn’t worth it. The breakfast is plentiful, but if you want hot food have something from the egg station, or the noodle soup as it’s cooked to order or have a go at making toast, it takes a few goes to get bread to colour, otherwise the ‘hot’ food is NOT hot, lukewarm at best.other than that there are plenty of options for fruits breads etc.. The area is well centred for access to most places, but please note if the traffic is busy be prepared to dodge the scooters on the footpath as they were using it as an additional land when we were there on the first night, the second and third nights had less traffic so less scooters! We would stay there again, but would not book an executive room package as I don’t beleaguered its value for money.
