Walking distance to US embassy..”
We booked a family room, and because we were 6, m hotel add another room for free for 2 nights.. Thanks so much we enjoyed the comfortable and soft bed.. US embassy is just so near for 2 minutes walk, ermita shrine, jolibee and mang inasal are just steps away. We spent the whole afternoon at manila ocean park, and passed at jose rizals monument..all are in walking distance..

New hotel, great location at a great price!”
M Hotel Manila is just a stone's throw away from the U.S. Embassy, Manila (5-minute walk) which was very convenient for us. Just beside it are Jollibee, Wendy's and 7-11 to satisfy our fast food cravings at ungodly hours. A 30-minute cab ride to the airport (depending on traffic), 20-minute cab ride to Mall of Asia, 10-minute walk to Robinson's Place -- great location!! The staff was accommodating. Our room was small but it was clean with fresh linens. All in all, a good hotel that's budget-friendly.

Got a great deal from agoda with this one.. almost 45% off. stayed here for my US visa interview since as shown in the map it was very near but its not.. you have to cross the street using the foot bridge and it will take you 2 to 3 blocks to get there.Building is quite old and situated beside a small park and church with lots of informal settlers, street children and maybe prostitutes. (if you know Mabini) The left side is better which is the side of Roxas Blvd which has a lot to offer such as restaurants, convenient store, parks and other hotels. Kisses: Smoking Area , Price and Proximity Kicks: Very Old, TV is Small, Noisy inside(walls not sound proof) and outside(Car Horns and shouting all day),water heater not working, no room service, no landline, old itchy sheets, cracked pipes and toilet bowl and dark room. overall: im used to it so its not that bad hahaha i think the commercial motels are better but then again you get what you pay for.

Good location with restaurants around, but no lift”
Nice stay, professional staff. The hotel wasa well-situated with the church and the US embassy at the vicinity. One can find a lot of good restaurants outside if he/she does not want to eat at the hotel itself. There was no elevator but we managed fine. Also many other hotels, pension houses and inns were in the area.

Excellent location to US Embassy”
I booked for my family who applied for us travel visa. My mom was a religious person so she was so happy to find out that the hotel is close to a church, aside from the even more important fact that it was just a few minutes walk to the us embassy. Overall she was quite happy with the experience.

originaly i booked standard room, at check in i learn all standard rooms have no windows, i need view/window, staff without hesitations upgraded me to higher standard room, coz agoda costumer,, over all nice clean hotel, no restaurant though no need you in the middle of ermitra, only con very tiny dark washroom, ohh before i forget, little too expensive for its value,,

This is a friendly helpful Hotel.Breakfast provision would have been a welcome plus.The personnel were very helpful and prepared for any request that was made. Location was also a plus-point as you could reach most parts of the City easily.The room was not so big but had a nice- decor and a comfortable bed.

in terms of distance, i believe this is not the nearest hotel to the US embassy entrance but still, the embassy is just walking distance from the hotel. the room is ok except that there were mosquitoes and the bathroom is so small. overall, this hotel is ok.

Hotel is well situated but quite run down and fallen into a state of disrepair. No fridge in room and poor quality bedding etc. staff are all wonderful and helpful but not enough to persuade me to ever return.

The receiving area needs to be enhanced , it should be more welcoming considering that that the 1st we have to notice if the hotel itself has a good ambiance inside, its as if just an ordinary inn not a hotel. Guest should be provided with comfortable seat.

Convenient Location”
The hotel was simple and nothing special. But it was affordable and very convenient for those whose trip's purpose is to go to the US Embassy. It's only a 2-3 minute walk. There's also a kitchenette and a 7-Eleven very near the hotel.
