I’m happy with my stay here. Staff very friendly(especially the woman i forgot to ask her name) and very helpful. They allowed me to store my luggage after check out as my flight is in the evening time so i got plenty of time to explore nearby the hotel. Hotel cleanliness is good and well maintain the room smell nice. The facilities is good especially the had 10 plug in the room( just wondering why they have plenty of plug in the room haha), sofa, hairdryer, kettle and tea & coffee amenities, gym facilities which you can pay 4.99£ for it. You can get 15% discount(for hotel guest only) if you’re eating at restaurant next to the hotel. Location of the hotel is very strategic got primark, JD, boots, tesco express and easy to get halal food nearby. The hotel located nearby the main road which i felt safe to walk around alone and you can choose to use Kilburn High Road Overground station where you need to change atleast 2 line station to reach central London or Kilburn Park Underground station that can commute directly to Oxford Street. The bus station also is just nearby the hotel.

Pros: 1. There's a lift in the hotel. 2. Room is clean and comfy. 3. Bus stations are nearby, less than 2-mins walk from hotel. 4. There are underground and overground stations too. Less than 5 minutes walk away. 5. There's a halal cafe next to the hotel which opens till 11pm (good chaii tea and breakfast) and hotel guest gets some discount. 6. There's a Tesco Express right opposite the hotel, laundry/dry cleaning and some other eateries nearby (within walking distance). There's a Primark, TK Maxx, Boots, and Poundland too. 7. The room we got is without window hence you can set the aircond or heater according to your preference. 8. Hairdryer and kettle are provided. Iron available upon request. Cons: 1. There are some slight mole/dirt at the shower area but bearable. 2. No toiletries provided except for towel, small bottle of shower gel and shampoo.

We loved our stay here. All the facilities worked! Aircon, temperature, hot water, flush, door locks, elevator, lights, all worked! The room space is big for 2 people. It's a good place for different transportation (1 underground station (bakerloo line, instantly brings you to Baker st, Oxford circus,Piccadily circus, waterloo and etc. and then 1 overground station going to Euston) and then 4 bus stops! good spot to be honest and the receptionists are very accommodating and kind! When we come back to London again we will book Maitrise again for sure. We had no problem staying here. The luggage storage gets full easily so make sure if you are checking in or checking out and you want to leave your bags/luggage while you explore first, make sure you be at the reception early like 7-9am or else everyone else will use the luggage space and you won't be able to use it. Which is very understandable. Facilities is good for the value of your money and they always clean the bathroom/toilet and make up our bed everyday. Thanks Maitrise we will come back again.

I was here for 2 nights . I was sceptical at first as I had read reviews complaining about the age of the hotel, carpets, etc., but that seemed to be a lie or the hotel has been recently refurbished. The Hotel rooms were decent and quite good, considering the low cost of the hotel situated bang near London City Centre. 1) Location - Next to Kilburn Underground close by and 2 minutes from buses from where you could visit the city centre as well as take buses to London Luton airport. 2) Rooms - Rooms were decent and clean, however too small. It was difficult to multiple check-in bags at the same time. 3) Staff - Receptionist were very helpful. There was no remote in the room and when I asked for it at night, she did her best and provided me a remote, however for a different model (sic). Next morning the other receptionist did arrange for the correct remote. 4) Chaiwala Restaurant - The Indian restaurant in the hotel premises did provide food options till late, however the quality and quantity left too much to be desired. the Alu Paratha was too small and equivalent to half or quarter of a normal one in any other hotel. So do not opt for any breakfast options here. There are many food options closeby, so no issues. Overall I would rate it 8/10 in terms of price, location, staff and cleanliness
