Thank you for your stay at Mandy Nok hotel. We have reviewed your feedback and found the very low score with negative comments. We are sorry to make you feel bad. I have investigated and found from the record of your stay, you were fined 1000THB for smoking at the room balcony. In that case, the staff already asked your agreement for the "No smoking policy", and you already signed your name on the document to accept the agreement. The hotel provide the smoking area which just outside the main lobby entrance. Anyway, upon your checking out the room was full of smoking smell. The staff need to follow the policy. Thank you for your kind understanding.
